We had FEC upgrade our 100 amp service to 200. Nicholas was very thorough when he came to give me an estimate explaining what would be done as well as options. The written estimate was very clear. Communicaton was excellent.
Nicholas and his team arrived on time and finished the job in one morning. They were sensitive to the fact that we had a flower garden near the outside meter and did what the could to avoid damage. The installation inside looks clean and neat. They worked around an area where my work bench normally resides so that I didn't have to make any adjustments. They cross referenced the breaker numbers to the master list for the old panel.
I highly reccommend FEC.

Nick provided excellent service. He came by the same day I called to provide an estimate, which was very reasonable for the job. He was always available to answer questions we had leading up to the date of the job. He showed up promptly at the time he said he would and completed a full wiring and bonding of our above ground pool as well as the installation of a ceiling fan in our living room. All in all, they were in and out in 6 hours flat.

Great experience. The two installers were punctual and completed the Tesla wall charger installation in a timely manner. The work scope estimate matched the final cost and the job was completed the same way it was described to me on the quote. They also walked me thru the Tesla app and didn’t leave until my car was actually charging. Great work

I had electrical work done at my home in December and used Nick and his company again, as I had previously been satisfied with both the quality of the work and the pricing. Unfortunately, this time was a very different experience.

Nick came over with one other technician for what amounted to no more than three hours of work, and I was charged over $1,800. I was genuinely surprised and tried to have a reasonable conversation about the cost, but he was firm on charging that much.

While I ultimately paid the invoice to avoid a drawn-out disagreement, I was left feeling taken advantage of. The work may have been completed, but the lack of fairness in pricing means I won’t be using his services again or recommending him to others.

I would definitely recommend F. E.C. Electric. I needed to have new hardwired smoke detectors installed and Nick came out the same day I called to complete this small but important job. He was in and out in no time. It’s hard to find reliable people. I am very happy to have been referred to Nick.

Needed an outlet installed for an electric stove and my panel moved. Previous electrician installed the panel on a makeshift wall in the center of the basement, i wanted it against a wall.

Nick fit me in the schedule immediately and the work was done great. It's been about a year now and I've had no issues.

Later on I had a separate issue with my fridge tripping a breaker. He was able to troubleshoot with me over the phone and got it working again without even being here.

Would definitely recommend him for any electric work you need.

Nick and Tim did an awesome job in replacing our hot water heater. We called them at 3pm and thebworkbwas done before 6:30pm.
