Reviews of local pros in Saugus, Massachusetts

We are new home owners and called Vasi on the hottest week of the summer so far. They responded right away, gave us a quote and were even able to come same day. Vasi was very fair, professional and did a great job! He explained everything to me as he completed the service, cleaned the unit and even left notes for next time. I would highly recommend Vasi to others!

I could not give a higher, more sincere and honest recommendation for Vasi Refrigeration!! As busy as he was that recent day when the weather was so hot, he came and fixed my Central Air within an hour! His cost was truly reasonable! He could so easily have taken advantage of me, because I can't tolerate the heat. And, he showed up on an early Sunday morning. He is the best!!

I would highly recommend Vasi. He is professional and has been keeping my commercial HVAC units running perfectly for almost 10 years. He has saved me thousands in repairs by maintaining the units. Vasi is a win / win because I pay less in maintaining the units as compared to other companies and you don’t get a different tech every time. He will come to know your system and can respond quickly to any issues. Save yourself time and money and call Vasi!

Vasi installed my HVAC system about ten years ago!!! Vasi HVAC is the only company I use for all my HVAC needs. He also installed a ductless system on the second level of my home as well. When ever I need maintenance or have issues Vasi responds promptly and addresses my issues right away.
I can not recommend Vasi enough. He is my go to for all heating and AC needs!

My friends and family have called on Vasi numerous times for HVAC services and for good reason. He's very honest and responsive. I had a leak coming from my central air unit that he was quickly able to diagnose and fix. I also had a problem with my humidity, which he was able to diagnose and resolve. If something needed to be fixed, he's fixed it for me. If something needed to be replaced, he's replaced it. He's very knowledgeable and responsive and always very pleasant to talk to. Most HVAC places will treat you like a numbered customer and will "oversell" you on their services needed. Vasi has never presented himself this way. He remembers you and the work he performed on your HVAC system. I highly recommend him for all of your HVAC services.

Vasi came out to fix a couple issues I had with my HVAC systems. He was on time, courteous and did a great job. 100% recommend Vasi.

Exceptional Service in a Time of Urgency!

During this extreme heat wave, our central air suddenly broke down. With an autistic 4-year-old grandson in the home, we were desperate for help and worried for his well-being. We reached out to Vasi refrigeration HVAC company on very short notice, and to our immense relief, Vasi responded immediately.

He made every effort to get to us within the hour—and he did! His professionalism, compassion, and urgency were unmatched. In a world where fast, quality service is hard to come by, Vasi truly went above and beyond.

We are beyond grateful for his dedication and kindness. Highly recommend this company to anyone needing reliable, caring, and prompt HVAC service!

Vasi Refrigeration is top notch! Extremely responsive and a great consultant. Installed a mini split beautifully and in a timely manner, and has been available to answer questions about an HVAC system. Excellent company! Highly recommend!!

Vasi was recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad I called him. I ran into an issue with my HVAC during a heat wave that Vasi came out to look at ASAP. He was able to get me a temporary solution until the part came in. Vasi was kind, knowledgeable and prompt. His prices were very reasonable. I'd highly recommend Vasi to friends and family!

Without a doubt the best repairman. Our aging furnace was giving out and we just needed it to go one more year for financial reasons. He came by and Macgyver-ed it back into shape. No upselling. Did exactly what was needed. When the time comes to retire this 90s furnace he will be at the top of the list to swap it out.

Vasi Refrigeration came through in a pinch when my central air conditioning unit unexpectedly failed during a scorching summer heatwave. Their rapid response and effective service were truly praiseworthy. The technician arrived promptly, swiftly identified the problem, and had my AC system back in operation in no time. I was struck by their professionalism and skill. The pricing was fair and transparent, devoid of any hidden fees. I wholeheartedly endorse Vasi Refrigeration for their dependable service and experienced team. Many thanks for bringing comfort back to my home!

Our daughter and son in laws heat wasn’t working. They have a 7 month old baby. Vasi said they would be there within 2 hours and it was an after hours call. They came and fixed the issue in minutes! So professional too. Companies like Vasi are few and far between. THANK YOU!!! Not on only a great business but a great person!

My furnace started making a funky noise a few days ago . I called Vasi and he had me video it and he came over to check it out. He noticed the blower motor was in rough shape. He honored the warranty and installed the new one! Thank you Vasi for keeping us warm!!!

Can’t recommend Vasi enough. Vasi is literally the best. Not just HVAC, the best person I have ever had help with anything at my house. He is responsive and really nice. He explains everything and always charges fairly, even generously. We had someone else who charged us a bunch of times and couldn’t even figure out the problem. Vasi came in and fixed it the same day after weeks of problems and spending over $1000. He has helped with our heater and our A/C. We are Vasi for life!

Fake business that took a deposit from me and never showed up. Thankfully charge backs are a thing.

Very transparent about pricing and scope of work. I trusted them completely and was not disappointed.

Our rewiring project was finished to our complete satisfaction. The quote was also the most reasonable of the three companies I contacted. Carrolltons Electrical Contracting is a contractor who is as dependable, honest, transparent and ethical as any I've ever worked with.
