Called. Said I was not in a rush, but the sooner the better. I was told it would take a couple weeks before they can come out, I said, OK I can wait. What date can you come out? I asked the man on the other end and I believe the owner said, just call us back in a couple weeks. Seriously I asked him.

Vasi installed a mini-split AC system for our home. Razvan led the project from proposal to install and I couldn't be happier with the job he and his team did. They were exceedingly professional, from laying down drop cloths to protect our wood floor, to carefully leveling each unit inside and out. Razvan's attention to detail was a major asset. The team's work was impeccable all around. Can't go wrong with Vasi HVAC.

After a few days of relying on the cooler temps, I needed to turn on the central a/c again. Unfortunately, I had no cold air blowing!! I also heard the compressor outside cutting in and out. YIKES!!! Here it was a late Friday afternoon with no a/c. I tried calling my oil delivery service, they were closed already. I tried calling a referral, I got their voicemail.

I googled for local A/C and came across Vasi Refrigeration and read some good reviews. He answered when I called and asked that I text him my address. He texted me his rates, plus whatever material costs. Seeing how I didn't have much choice at this hour, I asked him to stop by. He got to my home sometime after 6:00pm. He discovered a burned out connection, replaced it, sprayed the outside coils of my A/C unit, washed it down, tested the freon, and was on his way in about 1 hour.

I would absolutely recommend calling them in a pinch and certainly for routine maintenance. He was prompt, professional, and I wouldn't hesitate to call and recommend him to friends. Thanks for saving the day after hours!!

VASI is a rare breed amongst the rest. I've been exclusively using Vasi for the past 5 years and he continues to impress me. He is honest, on-time, fair and always available. I once called him regarding an issue while he was on vacation, unbeknownst to me, and yet he still took the time to help me troubleshoot my issue over the phone "make sure you call me back and let me know how you make out". <- I defy you to find better customer service at a "big name" company.

Many thanks to Vasi Refrigeration! Razvan was on time, even sending a text just prior to arriving. He diagnosed the issue with our compressor, repaired it on the spot, and serviced our 2 HVAC units with alacrity. Professional and considerate, he offered to remove his shoes while in our home! Beyond this, he provided expert advice without up-sale and delivered within the estimated time and cost of the job. I can not recall a more positive experience with a contractor.

After we had a new high efficiency HVAC system put in by another vendor, we had a year of troubles with the AC unit outside. They couldn't figure it out and we were thinking we just dropped $9K on a system that doesn't even work.

That's when we found Vasi and everything changed.

After he asked several questions, did some investigating, and made a few calls to the manufacturer, Vasi was able to determine there was an issue with a lubricant in the system that caused a valve to not work properly. It was something the manufacturer was able to determine quickly and actually had a recall open to even cover the costs of Vasi's work! He was able to remedy in two days time a trouble my previous HVAC guy told me was actually my lack of attention to the filtration system.

I called Vasi to repair a broken vent motor on my HVAC unit. It took a week to get the part but he was able to replace the part in 20 minutes. I've hired Vasi for work at my home and at my business in Stoneham. Responsive, friendly and he knows what he's doing!

I interviewed several heating and cooling contractors for the installation of a ductless AC system in my home. I selected Vasi because In the end I felt most comfortable working with them. They were price competitive, responsive, transparent and professional throughout the whole process. And I could not be more pleased with their work.

I rely heavily on reviews myself. Based on the reviews for this provider, I chose them. My experience was entirely consistent with the others. This is an outstanding company. I would highly recommend them. I will certainly use them in the future. Several years ago my air conditioning system broke. My recollection is that he was out within a day to install a new system. Most recently, I had some leakage from my HVAC system. Again he came out very quickly and fixed the issue.

I called Vasi after I found his business on google. We needed a AC technician asap because our unit wouldn't start a week ago. he was very friendly and most important was able to come same day.
