We've used Chilli Willie for years and love them. They come when they say they're going to come, do a wonderful job when they're onsite, and every staff person we've met has been friendly and knowledgeable. They've replaced faucets for us, done regular checks of our tankless water heater and HVAC systems, and repiped something that another group had piped incorrectly. Completely recommend them.

We had an ac split unit installed last year and it was a great experience. The best part is they have come to the house twice to check on the system to make sure that everything is working perfect. We are continuing this service because it gives us peace of mind knowing everything is working. Every technician that has come over has been professional, thorough, friendly and beyond helpful. I would recommend them 100%. Also Jamie in the office is amazing and always remembers her clients. The customer service is top notch and it shows how much they care about the people they are helping. You won't be disappointed calling them!

Had a great experience with this company, from the office/service to the owner himself. I had an HVAC / AC issue during a heat wave. Jamie, who picked up my call, answered right away and was so kind and approachable, and got me an appointment that same day. The technician / repairman came over within a few hours, who happened to be the owner and was so pleasant and educated me on the issue at hand. Within an hour, the issue was fixed and paid for. Couldn’t thank them enough!

Chilli Willie was amazing to work with. We replaced our 42 year old electric heat pump. The owner, Steve, is extremely knowledgeably, helpful, and honest which are all qualities you want when you’re doing a large job. His crew of Anthony, Tony, Cross, and Jay were respectful of our home and made sure everything was in working order before they left. They worked hard to clean up the area and left our house in great condition. Jayme was also beyond helpful with the Mass Save paperwork. She helped us the entire way with Mass Save which made for a quick process.

Chilli Willie did a lot of work at my home right after I purchased it last year (added a new heat pump & furnace, updated ductwork throughout the house, upgraded electrical service). I wish that I could give a glowing review because the work was done well and in a timely fashion, and the HVAC tech leading the job was great to work with.

But unfortunately there was a major breakdown in communication after the job was done with the owner and the office rep. It has been a permitting nightmare since the job was completed: permits not opened that should have been, myself needing to reach out to the company multiple times to get inspections scheduled. Multiple direct outreaches to the owner regarding this issue and no response. The result is that I have needed to resolve these permits on my own with the building department.

I have no issues with their original work, but since the work was finished it has been a nightmare getting this company to complete their end of the bargain. Because of that I unfortunately cannot recommend working with them.

When my 90+ year old neighbor's heat went out, Chilli Willie came through! I called a bunch of other places and everyone was saying it would take days to come out and check on the system - Chilli Willie not only sent someone same day, they sent someone in just over an hour and got the system running quickly. Big thanks to them for coming through in a big moment of need during such a cold stretch in weather.

Ben from Chilli Willie did great work replacing two faucets and flushing our hot water heater. He was efficient, kind, and did a great job educating us how to maintain and take care of our plumbing. We'll definitely be going back to Chilli Willie next time we have any plumbing or mechanical needs.

I had an issue with a boiler on the weekend, and one of the owners answered the phone! Very knowledgeable, and willing to help. It was very nice to be able to speak with someone who could answer questions about my issue to help me determine how serious my problem was or wasnt. All the other companies I called were answering services and simply wanted my information and someone would "eventually" call me back. Chilly Willie showed up right away, had all the parts I needed available, and my problem was resolved. They cleaned up after themselves and left everything better than they found. I don't know what more one could ask for. Chilly Willie and crew are my new go-to for any HVAC or boiler furnace issue. Highly recommend.

Vasi is excellent. He fixed an ice maker in our home. He came the next morning, diagnosed the problem in 20 minutes, ordered a new part and installed it. He is an extremely friendly and knowledgable. He explained everything and even improved some of the plumbing work related to the ice maker. I can't recommend him enough.

I've depended on Vasi for maintenance and repair of the Heating and air conditioning in my condo for years. He is the poster boy for what a repair/maintenance professional should be. His business is based in Saugus, but I get prompt, expert service in my downtown Boston condo, whether my problem is minor or a major catastrophe. An impeccable workman and a very nice guy. I couldn't ask for more,
