Stay away from thus company. I had them come to my house to flush my heating system and after they touched it my shower had ice cold water. I called to get someone to come back out and the receptionist hung up on me. I am an elderly disabled woman in a wheelchair and on dialysis, paid them with no problem and thus is how they treat their customers? I will be calling the Better Business and the Commission on the elderly and disable. I was not rude I was very polite and reasonable. She chose to hang up while I was still speaking.

The employees are A++!! Steven has now done several jobs for my home, and is always responsive to my many questions. He’s honest and my first call when I need help!

I would give chilli willie more then 5 stars if I could. I can't recommend them enough. I worked with both Steve and Tony. They were on time, professional, stuck to the quoted price, explained everything thoroughly, and gave me estimates for future work. Great price, great work, and friendly workers. Chilli Willie are the best! They take pride both in being extremely knowledgeable about HVAC technology and in doing high quality work, and are very professional and responsive. I first met one of the co-owners, Jared, about 15 years ago when he was working for another HVAC company and fixing a banging steam heating system in an apartment I was renting. I was so impressed by how knowledgeable he was and his willingness to take the time to explain what was going on and to actually fix a difficult problem that when I bought my own house I searched until I found him and Chilli Willie and hired them to install gas service, including a gas dryer and an outdoor firepit. Jared, Steve, and the several employees who assisted them did a fantastic job! I'm planning to have them come back this summer to replace an oil-fired boiler with a new gas boiler.

We have called upon Steve, Jared and the team at Chilli Willie on multiple occations over the past five years and continue to be amazed at the quality of work and speed of response. What started as two systems installed in my home has morphed into referring them to ALL of our customers as a trusted source of expert diagnosis, installs and maintenance. Thanks guys!

I wish I could give a perfect 10 or 500 stars. I just purchased a house and decided on a pretty big investment of ducted central AC and gas heat, tankless water heater, and running gas lines to fireplaces and more. The Chilli Willie team (especially leaders Jared and Tony) came up with the best options and equipment to meet my needs. Through the whole process, they have been highly professional, transparent, communicative, and reliable. There are only a couple final inspections left, but I couldn't wait to leave this review because all of their work has been exceptional and they came in the best pricing wise as well. I highly recommend Chilli Willie, they have my business for life.

I typically don’t write reviews but felt I needed to on this one. I was 1st referred this company from my neighbor who is friends with one of the owners, Jared. I am so glad I took the change. I worked with Steve and Tony for our central air install (they ran all the ducting as we have baseboard heat) and a hyper heat mini-split on our porch (which had no heat or ac). They provided fair pricing and great work! We had an issue with the unit, which was no fault of theirs, it was due to the manufacturer defect. They were able to fix it quickly.

Fast forward a year and a half and we had an issue with our combi unit for heat. We had originally reached out to the company that did the install, but their prices have gotten so high as they have gotten larger. I decided to reach back out to Chilli Willie to see if they could assist. Jared and Ben were fantastic to work with, and they went above and beyond to resolve an issue we had with our combi unit.. Jared's approach was particularly commendable. He offered fair pricing compared to the company that originally installed the unit and provided various options to address the issue. His availability for all my questions was greatly appreciated and made the entire process much smoother. The repair was completed quickly and efficiently, and they were incredibly professional throughout. They even ensured to lay down tarps while working, which was a thoughtful touch.

Additionally, I would like to highlight the exceptional assistance provided by Jayme in the office. She is the unsung hero. Over the past couple of years, I have had the pleasure of working with her. Jayme's expertise and support in navigating the Mass Save program made everything incredibly easy and stress-free (for our hyper heat mini split). She is always available to assist when I have called or went to the office.

We have worked with Chilli Willie for on a number of projects (cooling systems, appliance installation, and complicated plumbing fixes), and have been thoroughly impressed each and every time. Steven and his team have been incredibly responsive and thoroughly communicative, in addition to nailing the jobs in question. Update: The owner of the business called me to let me know that the employee who handled this case was dismissed, that he (the owner) wasn't aware of the situation and that he was opposed to such practices. Definitely appreciate the outreach after a perplexing experience.

BEWARE: Deceptive Practices & Fraudulent Diagnoses

Perhaps the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with. They tried to charge us nearly $14,000 for a new furnace, claiming ours, which they installed 4 years prior, had a catastrophic failure. A second and third opinion revealed the truth: it was just a loose wire and there was no sign whatsoever of what Chilli Willie had claimed. When we caught them in the lie, Jared issued a flustered response and then stopped responding. We also found they had installed a fake part in our unit, voiding our warranty. Shockingly unethical and predatory business practices.

Update 1/27/25. I managed to somehow clog my kitchen drain on Sunday night (it was wool from too many hand washed sweaters) and got incredibly responsive support from CW. Great communication. Easy to coordinate. They came out Monday lunch time and Problem is solved. Not only can I vouch for their installation but also their support when I mess up:). Outstanding company

Chilli Willie is exceptional. Their team is so professional, responsive and are experts. They have helped me twice now with plumbing for a kitchen and now bathroom remodel. They welcome my questions and explain things to me in easy to understand ways. Truly outstanding team and I recommend them all the time.

Chilli Willie was a big help when my furnace went down last week!
Sunday night my heat stopped working and when I called monday morning they had Steven come out right away to diagnose the problem.
He let me know exactly what was going on and what they needed to do to fix it and he would have a crew out the next morning to do the repairs.
Tony and Josh came out first thing in the morning and we're very friendly, professional, efficient, and clean! Since their visit my heat has been working perfectly and I couldn't be happier!

Stephen the owner came our personally. The fix was quick, new part replaced and done within 30 minutes. Great service and will be using his team for other fixes needed in my condo.
