John is incredibly knowledgeable on getting your water right where you need it. (Crystal Clear) He Also carries just about anything you need. Great people, great place. Would recommend this store to anyone looking for Great service at a Great price.

The owner seems very knowledgeable and helpful. He listened and answered all my questions his hours are tough but I was able to get there before he closed. Parking was easy. I bought chlorine but he had everything I would be looking for. I know he does repairs also. My new pool place.

My sister I law swears by this place. Anyway she bought chlorine but couldn't take it because she has back problems. Sent me to get it. I arrived at the counter and he was on the phone. He was talking with some family members for 10 minutes while I was standing in front of him waiting. He didn't put them on hold to wait on the customer in front of him. It was literally 10 minutes because he eventually hung up and proceeded to talk to another actual paying customer whom he must have put on pause on the phone o wait for him. WORST CUTOMER SERVICE I've experienced in a long time. Paying customers should a always take presidence over personal in a well run business

John was very helpful. I walked in with so many issues with my pool and walked out very happy. Just with his help and knowledge I was able to turn the water cristal clear within two days. This is the new place. I know I owe him a Christmas Card. Thank you!!

Highly recommend Lucky Duck Pools. Replaced liner, moved filter and output. Awesome job. There were delays, however due to COVID and the snow in Texas. Supplies were backed up. John stuck to his original quote. Much appreciated.

Justin and the team worked hard to get my pool at my newly acquired home ready for the summer. It had been neglected for years and was a dark brown color. Additionally 2 feet of debris lay hiding beneath the surface of the water. And the pool was not properly winterized. They assisted in clearing that debris and using the least amount of chemical as possible worked at getting the water clear and removing stains from sidewalls. They took apart my pump and lubed it up and checked for peak performance. I would strongly advise calling them if you are seeking professional assistance with your pool. They do excellent work and are really trustworthy.

Everything I did to clear the water in my pool failed. We brought a sample of the water to Lucky Duck and they told us exactly what was wrong and sold us a low cost solution along with specific instructions. We followed their instructions and the next day-boom! perfect water! Great service, products and know how! Thank you!

Do not recommend! Lucky Duck changed my pool to salt water. The system failed and the owner said “you’re on your own your lady”. Awful customer service and did not stand by their product.

I do NOT recommend you use this company for any type of pool service. They converted my chlorine pool to a salt water pool for a hefty fee. They sold me a faulty product that failed and they refused to repair or refund me. I contacted them on May 23, 2022 and did not hear back from them for several weeks, they flat out ignored me. Their final response was received on June 22 in the form of a text with the following: "You're on your own, good luck" and provided my the phone number for the company who makes the product they installed. Extremely unprofessional.

John was upfront, honest and responsive. Lots of moving parts with this project, John was always helpful with plenty of good guidance and tips. Ran into minor issues with all the parts, John responded right away to get the missing parts delivered. I was happy working with Lucky Duck and would recommend them.

Great to work with for buying the pool and having it delivered. One service call so far to install the anode and second scheduled for tomorrow for a stuck shutoff valve. Will update when all is done.

Update after one month...They are all smiles and helpful until you pay for your new pool and it gets delivered to your yard. After that...hard to reach and annoyed if you need any help that will not result in you buying more products. New pool sales front of the line. Everyone else can wait for a call back.

Update after one year...I had a small drip that I could not stop between my chlorine generator and return hose after installation. Lucky Duck sent a guy out just after the pool was installed...he said it's just a couple drops per minute that is normal. He was also rude and crude even though I had kids around, referencing pool guys and housewives. I tried tightening the clamp, silicone, nothing worked. I was filling the pool a few inches every week last year. Thought it was due to evaporation (first pool.) This year when I opened it I put a second hose clamp in the fitting in the opposite direction. No drip, haven't put water in pool since opening it in May.

We had a large in-ground pool put in with an electronic cover. There were many moving pieces and issues along the way but John always responded and made sure to correct the issues to our satisfaction. We went into this project not knowing anything about building or running a pool, and John and his team made sure we had everything we needed to be successful pool owners! We love how everything came out and will make many memories by the pool! We recommend Lucky Duck!

John installed our pool two years ago and he continues to always be there for any support. He is great with suggestions and even offered to come by and fix a valance I was having trouble with. I would highly recommend him!

Will never use this company again. Very dishonest.
Gave price for install new liner and heater . Was to be completed. Well since my husband didn’t get it in writing they asked my husband to pay the water delivery they scheduled that afternoon. Then he wouldn’t pay to have electricity to heater . These things were supposed to be to complete the job.
We could’ve have a new pool with heater installed for what we paid. When I contacted him after I found out what went on he never got back to me. Word of advice if you do use them. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING!!!
