The installation itself was extremely well done. The installers arrived on time, were courteous and knowledgeable, and worked efficiently while paying close attention to detail. They treated my home with care, kept the workspace clean, and left everything spotless when they were finished.

What really stood out was the overall professionalism—from scheduling, communication, inspection, and installation, all the way through cleanup. The rug looks fantastic, fits perfectly, and completely transformed the space. I felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire process, which says a lot.
