I had a great experience with Driven Landscapes! They promptly offered a competitive quote for fall clean-up services. Allison was also very kind and helpful in answering all of my questions.

Their team came out within a week and now my yard looks beautiful (even in December)! I appreciate that they considered my request to push the leaves back beyond the drop-off in my back yard, that was helpful! Will be using the Driven Landscapes team again!

I would give zero stars but Google requires me to leave at least one star.

I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by Driven Landscapes. We had been a customer for a few years, and everything had been great up until mid/late summer 2023... that's when the service quality started to take a nosedive and something obviously changed within the company.

Last summer we caught the mowing crew dumping grass clippings into a wooded area on our property before they had even started mowing our lawn that day. Upon further investigation it was found they had been dumping grass clippings from other jobs onto our property for some time given the Mount Everest-sized pile of grass clippings that we eventually discovered. Driven Landscapes did own up to doing this and cleaned up the grass clippings, but it was clearly a sign of things to come.

The crew recently hit my house with a weed wacker taking out a chunk of my vinyl siding. Despite finding the damage immediately after the crew left and sending pictures of the damage immediately thereafter to the Driven Landscapes office, no one took ownership of the damage and nothing has ever been done to fix the situation. We did get a bunch of emails back saying "We're sorry and we'll let management know!" but that's all we got in response despite repeated follow-ups.

The lawn mowing crew mows aggressively, leaving multiple divots in my lawn. They also mow right after it rains, causing further damage to the grass and creating more divots across our lawn. Pictures of these issues were repeatedly sent to Driven Landscapes and nothing was ever done aside from getting the pre-canned email response of "We're sorry and we'll let management know!".

Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disregard for customer property and requests have made this a very frustrating experience.

In the past I repeatedly recommended Driven Landscapes to many other people, however, I would not recommend Driven Landscapes to anyone looking for reliable and respectful landscaping services given their recent troubles and terrible quality of services provided.

Avoid the trouble and find a different landscaping company to work with.

Matt and his team are doing a phenomenal job. They are well equipped to get the job done, they are truly professional and leave your yard clean and beautiful behind. I hired them for lawn mowing and could not be happier with the result and value.
I will hire them again and recommend to family and friends.

Wilber and the crew did an incredible job. Not only that but Julia and Amanda were great to work with in the office. They gave me a fair price and communicated very well throughout the process.

I was very impressed with the work Driven Landscapes had done for my neighbor down the street. All year long their property looked great. I saw firsthand how the crew worked and what a good job they did. I called for fall clean up and I had a very good experience with getting a very timely estimate for the work. The office staff worked out the schedule and they did an excellent job with our fall clean up and will now do snow plowing for us. The guys did a great job. Based on how great the neighbors property looked year round we want them to do our lawn care next year.

OUTSTANDING company!!! I’ve used them several times and they always go above and beyond. They fixed my yard and I am so grateful. I would highly recommend them for any landscaping projects you may have. Very hard to find a company this good with reasonable prices!

The driven landscapes team was awesome. They did some lawn edging, flower planting, mulching and tree trimming for me this summer and everything turned out perfect. They were the lowest quote I got and their work was outstanding and staff was super friendly. Couldn't recommend them enough!

At 7:51 am, one of their drivers almost side swiped me and sent me into a guard rail just so he could rush into the left lane, only to cruise in front of me. First impressions are everything, Mr. White ford pickup truck with license plate V12-332. Deliberately unsafe and erratic driving is egregious, unacceptable behavior all by itself. It’s even more pathetic from a company vehicle.

We did not have a good experience with this company. Their accounting system is horrible. They claim they charge you for the weeks they mow, however it is very difficult to track their charges since they do not do it on a weekly basis. I took the time to keep an eye on the charges over the past 2 years and found out they end up charging for every week of the mow season. I called them out on weeks where I was charged even though my lawn wasn't mowed. They admitted my lawn was not mowed after reviewing pictures I shared with them, they promised to credit my account but never did. I recently canceled my service with them and found out they charged my card for 3 additional mows!
I should also mention, we did a fall clean up with them and paid their fee right after work was completed. They charged us a second time in the spring claiming that we hadn't paid them. This was over a $700 charge and thank goodness they returned overcharge after sending them a picture of the check we sent to them. If you are using them, I suggest you start paying attention to your card statements!
As for their work quality... We constantly had to repair grass along the edges of our lawn because of tire ruts. Edging was done unevenly around the front walkway and flower beds.

I have relied on Driven Landscapes for years now. They mow my lawn, clear the fall leaves, and plow my driveway with care. They have also taken on special projects. All work is completed on time and exceeds my expectations

Do not trust this company they charge for services they do not perform very un trust worthy
There office over charged multiple times. When I asked why they had no answer. So finally after 2 months I had to FIRE THEM . Basically for stealing from me. Good luck to anyone who works with them

I highly recommend Cottam Landscaping. Tom and his crew consistently do a fantastic job. They’ve been handling our spring and fall cleanups for several years now, and we couldn’t be happier with their work.

They do a really great job. Very thorough, making sure everything is pristine. We’ve gotten so many compliments on our lawn.
