I have always appreciated Cottam's perspective that the yard is the project. If the grass did not need to be cut because of drought, they called that out. Great partner.

Our winter projects consisted primarily of plowing services. Again Tom and Kyle have been great about when to plow, and when it was not needed.

I always felt a partnership with Cottam. I was not a funding source, but a partner in creating the best work.

Fabulous company to work with. I ordered a dumpster rental and the process was quick, easy and the rates were affordable. They were flexible on timing with how long we needed it and promptly swapped it out for a new one when it was full.
