We had a drain pipe backup in our basement and we called these guys up and within an hour they were here and got the job done fast, clean, and for a very reasonable price.

Henry is an amazing guy very helpful and knowledgeable about his craft he is extremely responsive when you need him and makes sure you understand what you need to do to maintain your pipes I would recommend him to everyone who has any issues with thier sewer lines and pipes He is also very affordable

Heniek was very professional, honest and patient. He took the time to explain and show us what exactly the issues were and how he was going to remedy them. He also replies to calls and texts promptly

My water line broke during the night and I got 4 quotes and Drain Defense called me right away. He came to my house and started working on the water in the basement. He didn't leave until the water was picked up from the basement floor. He followed up the next day to see how everything looked. I find him to be very polite and I would definitely call Drain Defense again.

Heniek from Drain Defense and his brother from Wykowski Mechanical came out together to replace my well pump within 24 hours of it failing. They completed the job in the dark with spot lights! Very happy with their service.

Left me waiting after me spending time coordinating with owners of a shared main sewer line with an issue. I had to call after unanswered texts, and was given an excuse/sorry. This was after being recommended by a trustworthy friend. Get the consistency and clear communication going and you might have a good steady business. Flaking isn't a good practice.

Drain defense literally saved my week, wed been struggling for 4 days trying to get out tub to drain and our bathroom sink also. My fiance couldn't figure it out to save his life so a friend reached out and said to contact this company and he was literally in and out of my house in twenty minutes and had it fixed I was SO happy to come home from work and be able to take a shower. Amazing experience totally recommend if you have any drain issues !

Called Hank for a drain issue on a weekend. He arrived quickly and identified what was causing the problem. He made quick work of removing the roots and had everything back up and running in no time. Would highly recommend and won’t hesitate to call him again.

Drain Defense saves the day once again. Here we are on memorial Day weekend and I called them about a clogged sewer line. Henry said he'll be here in 2 hours. He showed up an hour and a half later with his camera and equipment. Diagnosed the problem snaked the clog, helped me locate the septic cap and cleared out the issue. These are the types of companies that our future generations need, courteous, hardworking, and fairly priced. I will be using him for all my drain and septic needs.

Outstanding service!!!! Henry went above and beyond. Stayed late to help us with our drain needs. He was able to diagnose our issues right away and give us relief. Henry is a great, knowledgeable owner with reasonable prices.

Days after the fact, I am still baffled by our experience with Drain Defense. At first, he was very gracious and fit us in to take care of an urgent issue, and said he would arrive by late morning. When he didn't arrive and we didn't hear from him, we finally reached out to ask for an update on the ETA. He said 2:00...and it wasn't because he was at another job. We wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt, but he never showed up at all, and never communicated with us further, that day or thereafter. We had to call another plumber, after waiting all day with a pressing plumbing problem on our hands. It was a very stressful, frustrating and confusing experience.

Henske was amazing. He is very knowledgeable and came out early Saturday morning. He spent over 3 hours trying to figure out why our septic system was having an issue. He found the issue and advised us on how to proceed. Not only followed up that night, he also checked up on us days later. We will definitely be using him again.

Last night our kitchen sink backed up & wouldn’t drain. I tried to snake it & used
an overnight unclogger but no luck. I called Heniek at 7:45 this morning & he was at my house by 9:00. He was able to unclog the drain from the basement (years and year of grease build up 😞) & get us back up and running.

I had to my understanding a small back up in my home. I came across drain defense which came off as maybe this company only does commercial that was me judging by the pictures and videos but boy was I wrong and I’m glad I reached out. Drain Defense does it all from residential to commercial and more. He was very prompt with fitting me into his schedule on short notice as this was a pressing issue!! They came out assessed the situations and told me my options and what exactly is going on. He used a camera system that did a thorough inspection of my drain system and boy the stuff I seen was insane! I never knew what was building up in there. You kind of just use the water and not pay attention to where it goes but THIS SHOULD NEVER BE OVERLOOKED! I’m just glad I took care of this now because it could have gotten worse and the bill for that disaster would have been like buying a new car. I would highly recommend for homeowners hell even business owner to get atleast an inspection because knowing is knowledge and with that knowledge you can make sound decisions on what you may need moving forward! The Tech was very knowledgeable and explain what exactly I was looking at and how it effects the pipes. If anyone told me to get my drains inspected I would of just laughed it off but it is just as important as anything else in your home or business. His prices didn’t break the bank and was very reasonable. He also cleans up after himself. This guy really loves what he does!

Being a new home owner, I had no idea of how bad my plumbing issue was. I used 2 other commercial plumbers that couldn't fix the main issue. I spent thousands with them. My basement kept flooding. My main drain was rotted and backed up. Heneik came out and rebuilt my main drain. It's been over a year now and no drain issues anymore. I would recommend him to anyone who is having plumbing issues. He's fair, honest, and professional. Please trust him when things get crappy!

Heniek was very pleasant to work with from the beginning. I canceled the first appointment because I thought we had it fixed then I had to call him back to tell him we still needed him. He was very sweet about it and when he came, he’s very knowledgeable he explained, why he does a thorough job to start with and he was very patient with my questions. If I ever need any more help, I will call him.

I highly recommend Drain Defense LLC, we had a big issue yesterday and Heinik came out on a Saturday to help us out! Now we have use of our facilities again till the pump truck comes and boy are we thankful! He is so professional and respectful to pets and the home, does wonderful work and an honest rate!
