We recently started working with them. They purchased Rizzo Plumbing and we had worked with Rizzo for 10 to 12 years. Minuteman has highly responsive and competent staff. The employees are easy going and eager to please. Great people.

Rob and Cam were great. Very helpful, took the time to explain how the heating system works. Made sure I understood everything they were doing and were able to work around a couple of messes.

This company is great! I called at 7 AM They were out here immediately. Robbie Curran was our tech and he did an amazing job walking me through what the issues were, how he was fixing them and resolved the whole problem. We went from no AC to a cool home in a couple of hours. Thanks Robbie!

I had been scammed by another plumber, was waiting all day for him, (he never showed) I called Minuteman, Taylor was so kind on the phone, she sent someone over last minute right away. Harry was the plumber who came, and he was just a delight! Very professional. I will be using no one but Minuteman from now on! Amazing customer service!! Can't thank you guys enough!!

Harry & Grant did a great job. Needed 3 shutoff valves replaced and they completed the job promptly and the end result was very clean.

We switched to Minuteman and had our first annual service done today. Based on today’s experience, I feel that we made the right choice. They showed up on time and the technicians were knowledgeable about our Alpine gas boiler.

Harry and Jaden did an amazing job replacing our toilet, vanity and faucet and even took a look at our other bathroom faucet that was leaking and they are super friendly!
