I’ve never went onto Google just to leave a review, so this is a first. This company is hands-down amazing and I work with a lot of of Service providers. They came out and spent nearly an hour identifying the problem, walking through my questions and even doing little fixes along the way at no cost. I had another vocal company come in who told me that my 15 year-old furnace needed to be replaced. Minuteman came in and realized it was just one of the blower motors. Price was wonderful and they had the part the next day. AMAZING

My tankless water heater broke from many years of use, and Mike and his team were able to schedule the installation of a new one, after an assessment. They were here in a timely fashion and did not stop until the job was done. Now I have a beautiful new water heater for New England weather. I would highly recommend minuteman for any plumbing repair!!

Wayne & Ian are the best. They have come out twice to my property for 2 separate issues & always get the job done right. They are respectful and very communicative on what the issue is and how to resolve it.

Wayne and Ian did a fantastic job replacing my broken under mount sink. Wayne was really helpful selecting the right sink and had great communication throughout the process.

The dispatchers worked with me to get someone to my house on the same day that I called to determine why my heat would not work. Robby did a thorough job of troubleshooting the issue to identify a repair plan. He was professional and explained his process and steps as he worked. Freddy replaced the defective part. He was professional and took time to explain what he did.

Harry was a rockstar! Our emergency situation was taken care of in no time, when our shower broke two days before Thanksgiving. He was quick, showed us how it works, and cleaned up all the mess. Harry also was incredibly friendly, and our dog was a big fan too. Highly recommend.

Called Minuteman in the early morning for an urgent plumbing issue and Wayne and Ian came by promptly given the timely nature of our issue and fixed everything efficiently. I really appreciated how well they educated on the situation so that we understood the issue and felt comfortable managing our system in the future. Awesome experience!

Today was a great day for us as homeowners when Robby and Kam from Minuteman Plumbing Heating and Cooling  arrived at our home for the annual maintenance service on the boiler.
As promised, prior to arrival, identification security was sent. They were prompt and greeted us with smiles, introduced themselves and professionally explained next steps with the annual maintenance, the follow-up checklist and asked if we had any questions. All went well. The checklist provided complete pictures of the boiler,  transparency, knowledge of their findings and projected trustworthy qualities that a homeowner looks for in a company and its representatives!
Sadly, over time, we become accustomed to the less than stellar customer service by the owner of a small HVAC company that did the installation of a boiler and two a/c units and evidently figured the job was done. Tired of no-call-back companies after installation, who lack written transparency on warranties for pricey replacement parts, who leave you high/dry when you need emergency heat and you're in the cold for days! Our regret is that we waited too long to part way thinking he would have grasped the concept of customer service!
If you are looking for a company that actually has a professional customer service representative who answers the phone when you call, who actually listens to what is important to you and then fully explains the services the company provides and the fully trained professional employees on staff, the "peace of mind" maintenance plans that will suit your budget, 24/7 emergency contact, and then cares enough to call you back with additional helpful information, then you should contact Denise at Minuteman!

Called Minuteman with a drain issue and easily set up an appointment! Wayne and Ian were very prompt, friendly, thorough and super helpful. Easily trouble shooting and transparent with what they were doing and would ask first for permission if anything else needed to be fixed and sharing the total cost.

This is an absolutely professional group. Not only is their work excellent but I like how they introduce you to their staff that's coming out to your home with a text showing their picture and a profile of their background. A great idea! I will continue to use them for my personal and rental properties

My 23-year-old boiler broke the Friday after Thanksgiving, and Minuteman Plumbing, Heating & Cooling came to the rescue. Mike and Kamal arrived the very same day. Even though the boiler wasn’t repairable and needed to be replaced, they took their time walking me through all my options and got me scheduled right away. Because of my availability, we set the installation for Tuesday of the following week.

On Tuesday morning, Mike and Dylan showed up right on time. They removed the old boiler and installed the new one quickly and efficiently. They tested every radiator, stayed to ensure the whole system was running properly, and even showed me how to care for and maintain the new boiler.

I highly recommend Minuteman Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. Fantastic service from start to finish. 5 stars!

They are great, I highly recommended! Ian and Wayne were very kind and made sure to understand the issue. They kept me updated and would ask me questions to make sure the issues were resolved the way I would like. They fixed the heating issue of my shower and replaced the necessary parts/valves

This is my first time using this company.Minuteman plumbing and cooling.The two technicians Wayne and Ian were exceptional.They arrived on time introduced themselves before assessing the job.Wayne explained to me what they plan to do as well as giving me some options .I felt so comfortable with these technicians .I could tell they were knowleageable, and take pride in what they do.I have had technicians from some other companies that in my opinion were untrained. I am so happy to have discovered this company that chose to employ intelligent , courteous skilled ,professional people .I see these qualities in Wayne and Ian. They treated me with respect and kindness like good sons do to their mother or other family member.I am very happy and have sign up membership to work with the company as I was very impressed by the technicians. We have used Rizzo Plumbing in the past who we were very comfortable with. Minuteman has replaced Rizzo ( due to owners retirement ) and weren’t sure what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised by excellent communication, professionalism and a surprise of a young man named ‘Harry’ who was so personable, mature beyond his years and a focused, responsible worker. He also cleaned up nicely after working on some kitchen drain issues. Kudos to Harry for a job well done…still working well morning after. Price was reasonable.

Harry did excellent work installing our faucet & drain for our kitchen sink. We are former customers of Rizzo plumbing & we are pleased to have made the transition to Minute Man.

My experience with Minuteman was excellent from start to finish. I called about a slow draining shower, and they asked detailed questions up front to ensure they had the right training and equipment for the job. Joe and Jaden were punctual, communicative, and friendly. While they were there, I asked if they could also perform preventative maintenance on my Navien water heater. They had all the necessary materials on their van and completed the work at a fair price and did so cleanly and efficiently. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Minuteman!

Kamil was great. Our furnace had died at 6:30 am on the morning of the big storm of Jan. 2022 and we placed an emergency call to our trusty plumber, John Rizzo, only to find that he had been acquired by you guys, Minuteman. The person on the phone said she would get in touch with the technician “on call.” She later told us he was on route to our house and should arrive by 9:30 am. Whew relief.

Kamilm checks furnace > broken switch > off to Loews > replaces switch > furnace works > great more relief !! After a few minutes the furnace dies again for good.

Plan B for us is to fire up the Yodel, stack and dry enough fire wood to get us to the new install date ( 9 am on Wed.Jan 28 with a planned furnace fire up of 1:30 pm. Jaden and Alec slipped a little on the fire-up time. Left at 4pm. They were great - heads down, legs pumping. No loud vulgarity or profanity to upset the Mrs.

So if your furnace dies in the dead of winter, you really should call Minuteman, they,re the best in the area.
