House Cleaning reviews in Springfield, Massachusetts

The cleaners were great, but the office managers are rude and lack understanding of being kind to their customers. One of the office managers (Alice, I believe) chastised us numerous times for mistakes she made and/or circumstances out of our control. And given the fact that we are doing business with them, you would think they (she specifically) would put our interests first. Moreover, for the amount you spend to have them clean, the truth is that most of what they do is dust, vacuum, and clean the bathroom. And the maids are only paid $11 dollars an hour. So at around $65 a week, you have to wonder where the other $54 dollars is going. Probably to the rude office managers. If it were me, I'd pay the staff better, at least they have good customer service, are attentive, and kind.

The whole house is fresh and sparkling. Ramona has cleaned for us twice, and both times we have been thrilled. Thanks!

Service provided was excellent. Thorough and very pleasant. Amanda is enjoyable to be around and is always willing to try things I suggest.

Louise has been great. Timely. Nice to come home to a clean house. She gets along great with the dogs and they look forward to her visits too.

I have had many cleaning ladies over the years this is the first time I chose a professional service. While it was a little more expensive the cleaning is A LOT better. The women who come are very nice and respectful and speak perfect English! which is also something that was hard to find in my other cleaning ladies.

Inconsistent results. We had biweekly cleaning, rarely had the same person. Some weeks were great, other weeks were barely ok. Prices were increased after 4 weeks of subpar results. We would be okay with price increases if we were happy with results. Overall, not worth it. Would not recommend.

Ramona has been cleaning my house for years and she is fabulous. She has been working around the mess my three kids create especially when I can’t get them to tidy up enough first. Thank you thank you!!

I love coming home after Millie has been here. Everything is neat and clean. She also takes the time to ask how she can personalize her service. Other members of my family have also requested her.

Cheryl does a terrific job every time! My husband gets home from work before I do, and he LOVES the look of the wood floor when he walks in. She makes us almost forgot we own a big hairy dog!

I have never used a cleaning service before. My mom is 97 and is not able to do a good job cleaning her house anymore. She refuses to let me help, saying "I can do it". I finally decided to take the bull by the horns and get the service in there in spite of her protests. I am so glad I did. MaidPro did an absolutely wonderful job and her house looks and smells fresh and clean.
The two ladies who came to do the cleaning were friendly and professional, and my mother liked them a lot. The job they did was great! Anna and Alex were professional and quick, they did a wonderful job, really getting into the nooks and crannies! They also have the patience of saints, dealing with my four year old running around asking them questions every five minutes!
