I highly recommend MaidPro to others. They have reasonable rates and they're very easy to work with. The cleaning pro showed up on time and did a very nice job in cleaning mom's house.

I cannot fathom how or why my experience with Maidpro in Western Massachusetts went so terribly wrong. It turned out to be an utterly horrendous ordeal. I had sought their services to perform a thorough cleaning of my late aunt's house, which had already been fully emptied and desperately needed a deep clean.

Before the scheduled cleaning, I arranged to meet with one of their team members at 9 am to walk through the house together. The person I met seemed confident and assured me that they could handle the job. We promptly booked an appointment for the next day, looking forward to seeing the house rejuvenated.

However, my optimism quickly turned to disbelief and disappointment when I arrived at the house the day after the cleaning. I was met with a shocking scene - all the lights were carelessly left on, and to my astonishment, the back door was wide open. It was evident that basic tasks were entirely neglected; none of the toilets had been properly cleaned, and the shelves remained covered in dust and grime.

Deeply dissatisfied with the subpar results, I immediately contacted the owner of Maidpro to express my concerns. Unfortunately, my attempt to seek understanding and resolution hit a wall. The owner's response was shockingly rude and dismissive, seemingly unwilling to take any responsibility for the lackluster service provided. It was as if I was dealing with an amateur off the streets rather than a professional cleaning business.

Now, I find myself burdened with the task of traveling all the way from NY to MA to undertake the basic cleaning myself. The house needs to be meticulously prepared for an upcoming open house and eventually put on the market. Not only did I pay a significant sum of $700 for the service, but I now have to spend additional time and effort to rectify their negligence.

Attached are some photos of the house post-cleaning. As you can see, the quality of their work does not reflect the hefty price tag I paid. It's disheartening to be left with such a shoddy outcome after placing trust in a supposedly reputable cleaning company.

In conclusion, my experience with Maidpro has been nothing short of a disaster. Their unprofessional behavior and lack of accountability have left me deeply frustrated and inconvenienced. I hope that sharing my story will serve as a cautionary tale for others seeking cleaning services in the area.

Outstanding service! From beginning to end, they seem to really understand who their customers are and what we need. I reached out to a number of cleaning services in the area, and MaidPro was the only one that also sent an email saying "Hey we called and missed you, and we know you're busy (that's probably why you're looking for a cleaning service), so click this link to get started instead." After that scheduling our Deep Clean was painless. On the day of cleaning our Pro was phenomenal! She really got every crevice and crack that had been neglected. My wife was *blown away* by the quality of the clean. Our home feels spotless, comfortable, and we can finally lose the stress of catching up with the cleaning. 10/10 will book again!

We work from home, and her crew is accommodating to that as well as friendly, helpful, conscientious, and thorough. We are so pleased and grateful to find Clean2 The Max – the services are exactly what one wants from a cleaning company! Highly recommend!

Clean2 The Max did a deep clean of my home, they arrived with 3 steaming machines, vacuums and mops and went to work. They took a little longer than I’d anticipated especially having a crew of 4 people but after they left I understand why… they got into the Crivitz where most cleaning company probably would’ve messed.
I was pleasantly surprised especially being a person with OCD.

I have had Clean 2 The Max for over a year now & they have been great. They arrive before time so that that they are ready to start on time. They very accommodating as to special needs I might have. I wish I could afford to have them once a week. The first time they cleaned I sat at the table & smiled it was great to have a thoroughly clean house.

Juliet and her team do such a wonderful job! I have them come out every three months for a deep clean and they never fail to leave the house in spectacular condition. Juliet is very easy to reach and work with! Can’t recommend the group enough!
