The service was performed at a client’s mother home. The mother was out of the home for 4 months recovering from a major surgery. The family was very pleased with the quality of service performance by Juliet. The dad noted “the house has never been so clean and sanitized” it was comforting. We are so happy that we found Clean2theMax - they always show up a little early and just get right to work. We are really impressed with how thorough they are - they just go above and beyond what is expected. My wife and I are always blown away by the extra little things they do (like somehow puffing up our flat couch cushions, or re-organizing books on a big bookshelf, that had gotten pretty messy-looking). They are also totally trust-worthy and just nice, good people. I totally recommend them.

We hired Juliette to do bi-weekly cleanings at our home for almost a full year. Towards the end of our working relationship, we had 6 instances where the house was not cleaned. The floors weren’t ever done, things weren’t picked up to be cleaned under. The bathroom was the biggest concern every time it was barely touched. I started to remove shampoo bottles and anything laying on counter tops to make it easier for them and to see if that made an improvement. It didn’t. Juliette would offer $20 off the service or send people back to “fix it”. The last straw was I asked for a deep clean. I even had her send me the check list for what was consider a deep clean. I even sent a text requesting that we go over what a deep clean consisted of and wanted to make sure everything on the list would be done professionally. I came back to my baseboards, window sills, bathroom and floors never touched. My kitchen counter tops still had crumbs and my daughters room wasn’t touched at all. After that I sent Juliette pictures and videos of what the condition of the house was left like and let her company go. I am all about fixing mistakes or refunding when a service is not done properly but this was over and over again. My deep cleaning fee was never refunded.

Clean to the Max is so AMAZING I have used them twice since I moved into my space and each time I am absolutely in awe at how the whole energy of the home feels better when I walk in!! They are super professional in all aspects from scheduling, to timely arrival and work, as well as communicating any questions while at the home. They leave the home, well, CLEANED TO THE MAX!!! 100% recommend.

Clean2 The Max is where it’s at. This company did a tremendous job cleaning and sanitizing our church when we reopened after COVID. They did such an excellent job that we had them come back again to clean out the sanctuary, they vacuumed, shampooed our chairs, sanitized common areas and so much more. Our sanctuary was left so fresh and clean. We’ll definitely hire them again for future services.
