I wasn't sure what to expect for this job. It was through Chevy and Qmerit and I had no choice in the contract but I was really happy with the professionalism and work of Patrick and Tyler. They showed up on time and installed an L2 outlet in my garage for an EV. Were polite and friendly and left the place as they found it. Wouldn't hesitate to have them back for any additional electrical work.

Patrick and Jarek did an amazing and quick job installing our house charger for our electric vehicle! DMH electric is extremely efficient. Jordan was very helpful and answered whenever I had questions.

I scoured the internet for electricians. I contacted a dozen. I had some real struggles finding a company that would listen and really take the time to understand our needs. I finally called DMH and David himself came to do a walkthrough; free estimate and we were shocked to find out that some other companies really basically lied to us. David really respected our home and complimented it along the way. He took his shoes off without us asking and wore a mask the whole time. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We signed a contract shortly after. His team were so respectful of my super clean and beautiful home and they did an amazing job. I can now run air conditioners and vacuum from anyplace in the house. I just paid the bill on their site and I was happy to hit that submit button. We will absolutely contract DMH for any and all electrical services we need or want in the future. Our home is safe.

DHM was contracted to replace the entire fire alarm system in the occupied 16-story high-rise at 425 Pleasant St.
During the project DMH addressed multiple owner-initiated modifications.
* Worked closely with local Code department and Fire Officials for plan approval.
* Worked in cooperation with additional contractors.
* Promptly notified us of unforeseen conditions.
* Provided sound and reasonable solutions to unforeseen items.
* On-site staff were well organized, knowledgeable, always conducted themselves in professional manner and maintained a safe working condition.
* DMH Mgmt team was responsive and prompt with all questions raised by us.

I was very pleased with the work they did and their professionalism.

When the employee for DMH Electric came out to repair the wire at the front of the house. It was a welcome relief! The outside of the wire had all shred from years of wear and tear and I had water coming down into my fuse box in the cellar. The problem was fixed better than it was before and I was very happy with the results. I would use them again.

We had an electrical problem with our air compressor. I called and DMH responded in a timely manner. They were here when promised and fixed the problem. What more could you ask for? We have used them several times for both commercial and residential electrical needs. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again when needed!

Today two gentlemen came to move an outlet. They explained the reasons why it could not be done. Made a lot of sense to me. They were very kind and polite. We need more competent companies like DMH!

We were assigned this company through Chevy for installation of a car charger, and have experienced a complete lack of customer service and professionalism. They failed to show up for the first appointment that we made with them, without reaching out or any explanation. When we scheduled a second appointment, they reported that they would be coming by, but could do an “estimate” over FaceTime. While they took a look, and reported that they would give us a materials list and a plan the following day, they failed to do so, and after several weeks did not respond to calls of emails for information. Will be avoiding this company in the future.

I have known and used DMH Electric for many years now (I can't remember how many, at least ten). They were down the road when I lived in Sterling and they were awesome.

One time I was overseas and a smoke detector in my house failed and set off all the alarms. I called them and had a neighbor let them in the house. The failing detector was about 25 feet up in a really bad place - they took care of it. I came back from a long flight knowing that I could sleep :)

After I moved out of Sterling, I still prefer to work with DMH. They are reasonable, reliable, professional and on-time. Most recently they replaced light fixtures, switches and I intend to have them do some more projects later in the year.

I most definitely recommend DMH.

Mike and Don the best ever!! Called with no power upstairs area of my house early morning Don was there at noon spent 1 hour he was professional and very knowledgeable with his many years of experience showing and advising me about everything. Returned the following day at exact time he said he would and within 2 hours he repaired by issues! 🤓I highly 👍recommend for all your electrical needs you will not be disappointed!

Patrick and Tyler were on time polite and knowledgeable. As with all things electrical uncovered some unforeseen problems and solved them quickly and successfully. House was left clean and they spent the extra time making sure my app associated with the work was working correctly.

DMH was very prompt and the 2 electricians were very polite, communicative and very professional. Their work was meticulous and when they were finished, they cleaned up.

DMH installed several items for me 3/15/24. Their technician Don did a great job. He was on time and very professional. He did excellent work and would I recommend DMH electric for all your electrical needs.

We had a major power issue with main line to house causing complete loss of power over holiday weekend. Mike was there within 2 hours of our call to scope things out and arranged for a crew to completely replace the main power line in a difficult installation. The DMH crew was skilled, knowledgeable, and efficient and completed the work in less time than planned.

DMH electrical technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and were easy to deal with. They took their time for the installation and explain to me what was done. I would recommend DMH to anyone that needed electrical work. Their office staff was responsive, cared about the customer, and followed the job until it was completed.

I wasn’t sure what to expect but came away very impressed.
DMH was responsive, timely and very easy to work with. The scheduler, Jordan, was super helpful. The electricians, Patrick and his helper, were good workmen; professional friendly and on time, really. I strongly recommend DMH.

DMH was very easy to communicate with. Always got back to me immediately and were good at explaining the work that had to be done. The only downsides were when we were scheduled for a 7 am installation and the team was a few hours late. That was frustrating. The other disappointment was that they did not clean up after themselves. Vacuuming up the sawdust they created when drilling through the wall would have left us with a better impression. But we are happy with the actual installation.

When I reached out to DMH electrical on a late Friday afternoon I received a prompt response and an electrician arrived at our home within 25 minutes.
Mike arrived and diagnosed the issue within ten minutes. He discussed the solution options and got our electricity up and running for the weekend. He had to order a part for the proper repair and reached back out to us within a few days to schedule the final repair once the part was available. Within in one week our entire electrical problem was solved. DMH also went above and beyond and reached out to the generator manufacturer to explain the issue and determine if they would cover it under warranty.
DMH electrical is a solid valuable electrical service with quick response and highly skilled tradesmen in the central Mass area with excellent repair and installation service who go above and beyond. I highly recommend them for your electrical needs.

Patrick at DMH, and his assistant, did the install of my EV 240 Home Charger unit. I had not thought through the complexities of running the cable from my box to the other side of garage. And... my garage was jammed with floor to ceiling boxes and storage cases...and a car! I wasn't home when the majority of the install was done, so when I saw the completed job, and the obstacles they had to overcome, I was very impressed.
