After some initial research, we contacted Best Clean to clean two of our carpets in January of 2021. For the first visit/consultation, a worker stopped by to assess the work to be completed. The next weekend someone else was dispatched to start the work. He came by, but unfortunately, instead of cleaning the carpet, he totally ruined it. Clearly, he was inexperienced and spent a good amount of time on the phone with his supervisor to guide him through the cleaning process. At the end of the day, the carpets were left in a poorer and more stained condition than when he had started.
Upon leaving, he didn’t give us any information on how best to dry the carpets. We had to call them again as we noticed the carpets were starting to smell and remained wet. The information we received did not help, the formerly grey carpet remained a urine yellow. They did come back (this time there were two of them) to try and clean but realized they hadn’t brought the right equipment and took to carpet to their shop.
The stains remained, the carpet is ruined. We did get our money back plus a fraction of what the carpet had originally cost, but we would not recommend this company, not matter how often they apologized.

Have used Best Clean for 5 years taking care of a very busy restaurant. Responsive customer service, extremely reliable, cost reasonable, and generally self maintaining. Highly recommend.

Today CJs cleaned my air ducts and dryer vent professionally and efficiently. They were careful and respectful with my property and explained any issues they found that I should be aware of. I would highly recommend this company.

Dral from Aladdin carpet cleaning is amazing. I recently bought a house and needed the carpets cleaned. He did an extremely thorough job for all the carpets in the house. He showed up on time, was extremely professional, and informed me about the entire process. Carpets look great!

I am currently renting a very old home, and the living room carpeting is older than I am. My landlord is also quite busy and has not had a chance to replace the carpeting yet, so we booked a carpet cleaning with Aladdin's as a temporary fix ahead of some expected guests.

Jon was AMAZING! I was quoted a 9:55 AM arrival time, and he pulled up in front of my home at 9:55 AM on the dot. He was very pleasant, and we even made some small talk about our pets and how much we love them.

He was done cleaning in less than an hour, and my living room carpet has not been this clean in maybe a decade. I am also very sensitive to strong cleaning smells, and you would never know the carpet just had a heavy-duty spa day. I will definitely use Aladdin's services in the future. Thank you!

I couldn't be any happier with Aladdins carpet. I inquired layout getting my carpets cleaned on a Friday night, and they got back to me right away. A few days later, I got an appointment, and they arrived on time. There communication was absolutely awesome. They text and emailed me with there ETA. The employees who showed up were very polite and explained everything they were going to do . What I also liked about aladdin Carpet was that they explained pricing before they did anything. My carpets came out like new ! I would highly suggest them to anyone.

Great experience! I got scammed on a GROSS couch on marketplace , once I got it home realized I couldn’t even put it in the house due to the smell. LOTS of dog pee after being told it was from a pet free home. These guys did not disappoint! The couch looks and smells like new!!! They made it worth the headache I had already been through with thing by giving me , what feels to be a brand new couch! Thanks so much guys!

We had a portion of wall to wall carpet that had repeated been exposed to urine over time due to a bed wetting issue, and this company cleaned it completely - removing both the stain and the persistent smell! Aladdin was a pleasure to speak and schedule with on the phone, and Jon, the technician, was prompt, friendly, courteous, thorough, and very professional! We are very happy with the company and look forward to hiring them again in the future.

Loved them! John did an Amazing job on my carpets and was able to remove deep stains i had due to my fur babies :) . They were very professional and on time which i loved, i will be using there services again.

I recently used Aladdin’s for my living room couch and couldn’t be happier with the cleaning. Between three dogs and three kids it gets beat up easily and it looks and smells great after the cleaning. The technician took his time to get all the stains and water marks out and it looks good as new. We will definitely be using Aladdin’s again!

Our dogs got sprayed by skunks and they came same day to clean our couch. They were extremely thorough and professional. Our house no longer smells like skunk and we are so thankful! Also our couch looks brand new now!!!!
