Aladdin’s was great to work with- super responsive, informative about the process, and able to schedule next day service. Dral came and walked me through the process, did an excellent job on my carpet making it look fresh, new and smelling great! His customer service skills were top notch- highly recommend!

Aladdin did a wonderful job on my carpets and was diligent in his process. They really helped me out and through my wife's stroke it's been a lot to handle. They made life easy through a rough time.

Very happy with the results. I inquired late one evening my rugs were cleaned in less than 24 hours.

Great communication, professional team, transparent pricing and practice integrity. The guy looked at my oldest rug and gave me honest feedback about what to expect. Needless to say it was best to toss the rug 😂 and I was grateful for the candor.

Aladdin’s carpet & upholstery cleaning is a top notch operation. The owner who is actually named Aladdin is courteous and a great communicator. He cares about customer service. The technician who came to the house did a great job. Aladdin delivered my throw rugs personally after hours in order to get them back to me in time for a party that I was hosting. The guys did such a great job today and they were wonderful to work with! They restored my wool oriental rug, 2 acrylic rugs, a brand new mattress, and a sofa that my cat peed on. It all looks new again. I really appreciate their chemistry based approach to cleaning because I know that it really works. It doesn’t just cover the smell, it actually destroys the smell. Also they take great pride in their work! Thank you!

Wow! We’ve had other companies come in and clean our basement carpet many times over the years and it’s never come out this good!! Aladdin’s was able to get years of stains out of the carpet and it looks brand new!! Customer service and Jon were great! I would highly recommend!

I was totally thrilled with the extraordinary service and results of the cleaning of my Berber carpets by Aladdin Carpet Cleaning. I had numerous pet stains that I had tried multiple times to remove myself. Each time I shampooed my carpet, the stains would reappear within the next couple of days. I contacted Aladdin who sent out Phil who explained to me about the different chemicals that they used for different types of stains. He was professional, knowledgeable and just totally awesome. He spent 4 hours making sure that my carpets were cleaned to my satisfaction, explaining exactly what he was doing every step of the way! The pricing was also very reasonable and much lower than I anticipated. I also had him clean my couch and an area rug. I could not believe the dirt that came out of what I thought was a fairly clean couch! If you’re looking for a great carpet and furniture cleaner, Aladdin is your guy!!!

We had a chair cleaned yesterday. The tech was amazing! Very friendly and showed me as he was working how much cleaner the chair was. Very easy to schedule. Great communication about the appointment and timing. Highly recommend Aladdin!

John from Aladdin's came in to clean my cream/off white coach. He was thorough in getting every possible stain out. He stayed committed to the task which resulted in a beautifully clean coach. I am extremely happy with the job that was done and would refer this local company to anyone.

This company has been great! Just had the technicians over, Phil and Jon, and they were incredibly courteous and very knowledgeable.

They thoroughly cleaned our 6 seat sectional and told us exactly what they were doing for the treatments.

Aladdin’s Company came out quickly and offered a reasonable and competitive rate while offering us a Military discount. The tech that worked with us was Dral and he was extremely professional and polite. He worked hard and efficiently respecting our time and space. I had such an amazing experience with Aladdin’s Carpet and Upholstery today! They came to clean my couch that I’ve had for three years, and I honestly didn’t think the stains (thanks to my son!) would ever come out but they completely surprised me. The technician was so friendly, professional, and took the time to explain the entire cleaning process. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

The customer service over the phone was also excellent they made scheduling easy and kept me informed the whole time. This was my first time ever getting my couch cleaned, and I’m so glad I chose them. I’ll definitely be booking again in the future. Highly recommend!
