Aladdin’s service was top notch! We were getting a new couch delivered and had three days to get the carpets cleaned before the new couch arrived. Aladdin prioritized our service and came out two days later to ensure they could complete the job ahead of the delivery date. The carpet looks brand new (just in time for our new couch) and they cleaned our old couch, a gigantic 2 piece sectional, so that we could move it into another room. That couch is 10 years old and looks completely restored. Jon was super professional and friendly. We had a great experience with this company and would absolutely recommend Aladdin’s to anyone needing impeccable carpet and upholstery service done in a timely and affordable fashion.

Working with Aladdin and his team was great! Very professional and great to converse with. Was very thorough and explained everything down to the chemicals and dry time. Made booking very easy and was on time to their appointment. Made sure to clean up properly and not dirt/leaves though my house. Great experience. Drew was great, a pleasure to meet. He worked very hard on my neglected rugs, and got out a very bad stain at the bottom of the stairs. I plan to contact them for my next round of rug cleaning. I’m very happy with their service and recommend them!

Exceptional experience getting my rug and couch cleaned! The owner was incredibly helpful and it was super easy to schedule! Jon, who came to do the cleaning went above and beyond. He was so friendly and such a nice guy!! Jon was so thorough, and did not rush anything, taking time to make sure everything was done to perfection.

I moved to Massachusetts just this year, and when my cat soiled two large, fluffy area rugs, I was completely devastated and had no idea what to do.
