Contacted Jonathan via their website and he came a few days later and gave me a quote for some tree work. All of the communication was over email. I asked him some follow up questions over email and then he simply disappeared. Not returning my emails at all. Called his office and asked for him to call me back but never got a response from him. My impression is very negative, and I wouldn't want to do business with this guy. Edit following owner's response: All you had to do is reply "I will not go lower than the quoted price" and that would have been the end of it. In my opinion, ghosting is not the way of becoming a respected business.

Highly recommend Bransfield Tree Company. They worked for our condominium in November 2019, pruning and treating trees with a growth regulator. The company has all necessarily equipment and professional staff to do works. Very responsive to last minute requests, prices are reasonable for the high quality works. Will work with them again when needed.
