Very disappointing experience with Paradise Dry Cleaners in Swampscott. I brought two dresses that had stains and paid $52 just for dry cleaning, which is extremely expensive. They even charged extra because they said they would treat the stains. One thing that already felt uncomfortable was that they require you to pay immediately when you walk in, before they even start the service. So customers have to pay first and then leave their items. When I went back to pick up my dresses, they looked exactly the same as when I dropped them off. The stains were still there and it honestly seemed like nothing had been done. I basically paid $52 for no results. What made this even worse is that they did not offer any refund, discount, or solution. If the stains could not be removed, they should have been honest from the beginning instead of charging customers and returning the items unchanged. Very frustrating experience and a complete waste of money. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
