Peter was very friendly as well as very professional. Arrived on time, worked quickly and did a great job. Overall, an excellent experience. Highly recommended.

I get a text letting me know Peter is on his way. He shows up on time. Gives me a fair quote before doing the work. He then fixes the kitchen sink problem and cleans everything up. I pay the bill and he goes on to the next call. It does not get much better than that.

Peter needed to come back and repaired the leak. He explained the issue and was done within 30 minutes. Curtis the owner followed up and I am happy with their service.

Curtis worked on my heat/hot water system. He gave extremely clear information and answered all of my questions. He seems very knowledgeable and is professional and polite. He was careful to be sure I understood all information

We were in the process of selling our house and on closing day, our furnace no longer turned on. We called around to a bunch of places and nobody could do same day, but when we called Dale's Plumbing, he was available right away.

We worked with Curtis and he was very communicative and professional the entire time. He set clear expectations and let us know how everything would work. He also did a great job navigating the delicate situation with the new buyers of our house.

He was able to diagnose and fix the problem with our furnace the same day and help smooth out the closing transaction. He also took an approach to try to fix the furnace only using two replacement parts instead of the three that the furnace manufacturer suggested, that ended up saving us a few hundred dollars.

Dale Plumbing helped us out during a major snow storm. We had called 4 other places and no one was able to come out, Dale plumbing call back quickly came out within an hour or so. Definitely a hidden gem. Will be using in the future!

The guys from Dale were punctual, friendly, and helpful. They explained what they were doing, gave me an up-front price, and were really speedy. I had new, leak-free plumbing in under 3 hours!

Peter and his coworker came to fix my leaking, rusted garbage disposal. After inspection, Peter determined that the issue was caused by a loose mounting screw on the garbage disposal flange, and that the disposal itself was in good condition.

They provided two options: replacing the flange only or replacing the entire garbage disposal. I chose the first option, and a new flange was installed. During the final test, there was still a small drip. Peter and his coworker explained that it was a tricky situation, as they couldn’t be certain whether the disposal was faulty or if the drips were simply residual water left inside the unit.

Peter advised me to use the disposal as usual for a few days to see if the leak persisted, and assured me they would return to replace the unit if necessary. Fortunately, it has been working perfectly for over a week. I believe Peter’s assessment was correct.

Dale Plumbing was great when it came to setting up an appointment and getting me an estimate. After dealing with poor customer service from other companies, they were a breath of fresh air. Curtis in particular was wonderful. The two employees who came by and worked on our piping were nice and efficient as well. Highly recommend!

As usual Dale Plumbing and heating were amazing. Curtis and Adam came out to tske care of a small project for us. Curtis, explanined everything upfront, did impecble work, and charged exactly what he quoated. I would never hire another plumber. Curtis is the best.

Dale's team, namely Peter & the gentleman he brought with him, did a great job. They showed up on time and finished the job with professional finesse. I was very pleased with the service & plan on using them for future needs...additionally, I had to call Dale to come back a few days later to investigate a slowing of of my hot water in the kitchen, possibly associated the water heater replacement. They responded quickly & professionally, and determined the problem for me which I will address at a later date. It is not a pressing issue. DALE runs a great operation and I appreciate his quick response times. Dale Plumbing is unquestionably a quality operation.
