Joe is awesome. He knows his stuff! He is reliable, patient and clear when explaining things, and just a really down to earth great guy! I have chosen him to do multiple plumbing projects at my house from installing a new disposal to today's install of a whole house filtration system. I received the request to write that review. The installation of the standard garbage disposal, including the removal of the old one, took around 45 minutes. The disposal was provided by the company. The installation was done not by the owner, but, probably , by his apprentice. They charged me 670 dollars, which I think was very high. I asked for the estimate for toilet replacement-700 dollars, including the toilet. But they wouldn’t give me the exact brand information (brand and specifics ) of the toilet in their estimate.

I had Joe out to install a tankless water heater in my old house, and just had him out to do one for the current. His rates are always around the most reasonable you'll find, he'll work with you to find a day/time that works best for you, and (unlike some other contractors) will listen and provide constructive feedback to any questions/requests you have about the job.

Prompt service, fixed on the 1st visit. Reasonable price. Explained everything they were doing and why.

We’re first-time business owners and wanted a simple cost estimate before signing a lease on a commercial space. Joe came to look at the job but was dismissive from the start. Instead of helping, he insisted on having a full floor plan and exact sink/pipe specs, which isn’t realistic at this early stage.

I explained we just needed a rough estimate and pointed out where we wanted water lines installed. Even the cleaning crew said our request was reasonable. Joe refused, argued, and finally stormed out, saying he’s been in the business for 20 years and never dealt with “newbies” like us.

Completely unprofessional, rude, and unwilling to provide basic guidance. Would not recommend.

Just make sure you know before they arrive what are you paying. It’s way way way overpriced and they act like they’re doing you a favor, not very professional. Not worth it and I personally won’t hire them again. Specially when you’re trying to put your son to bed and they text you 9pm for a review.
