If you like staying with the same guy forever, Joe is the guy for you. I have been using 978 plumbing working with Joe for several years now. He has seen us through new house issues, irrigation system plumbing work during setup, blown pipes from -14 degree weather, new furnace, and other issues. The work is extrememly high quality. He is very easy to get in touch and set time up to come out. There is care factor when you are without hot water, heat, or anything that causes inconvenience. Quick response, and Joe takes the time to help you understand the issues and options, and he will give you honest answers on best practice recommendations. His work alone is awesome, but added bonus for being a great person.

Joe was AMAZING. There isn't anything like a contractor that shows up when he says he will. He gave us the scoop of what was happening, he was very knowledgeable about the oil burner we wanted. He worked with us every step of the way. Came in on Monday of one week and my boiler and heat was up and running in 2 days. Great business man. 978 Plumbing was not only professional and efficient, they were extremely responsive. They responded within an hour of a message, and were at my house fixing a horrible attempt of me trying to fix my constant leaky shower/tub faucet on my own the very next morning.
