I am a 66 year old retired builder/ carpenter.
With working over the years with many tradesmen I have finally found the one company that just stands out.
This is the Royal Flushing Plumbing Heating and Company.
I had them recently install a new heating system and indirect hot water tank installation.
From the time I called to make an appointment they were great!
I talked to a very nice lady over the telephone. She was very professional
And polite.
She gave me my appointment in just a few days .
The company owner came out to explain all my options for the new installation.
He was very knowledgeable and helpful in my decision to install a new heating system.
I was given a day when he would start the job and it was only in a few days.
Great workmanship is very important to me and that's exactly what I got.
I was very elated when the job was finished.
I give them an A+ for doing a great job from start to finish.
Awesome communication skills as they always called letting me know when they were coming .
Excellent workmanship in the field.
Very clean when they left after finishing the job.
They made sure I understood the operation of the new heating system before they left.
On site with the plumbing inspector and fire department for final approval of the permits taken out.
This company is for real!
They are in a League of there Own.
I would reccomend they to everyone who needs plumbing, heating or air conditioning.

Royal Flush was amazing! They where quick to respond to my calls. They where extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. They have the biggest hearts. If your looking for a life long plumbing or heating company I would choose them!

Royal Flush plumbing and heating is the best experience we have ever had with a contractor. We recently had Royal Flush replace degrading and leaking copper pipe throughout our home with a new PEX system. We were so pleased with the experience I would recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing or heating work to be done in your home. They responded to our call quickly, they came to do the estimate in a timely manner, they were here to do the job on the day they scheduled and on time. No leaving messages no waiting for people to call you, back they respond. Do not hesitate to have Royal Flush look at your project.

They were good replacing waterheater in 2019. Maintenance service in January 2024 for flushing, done wrong called and was basically accused of lies when called and wanted someone to come back because of pilot going out and noises coming from heater, after servicing. Had to call different plumber and now water heater needs replacing. Will not recommend they do job but refuse to admit mistakes or to rectify problems after installation. Would give no stars because of accusatory attitude and refusal to try and rectify problem but wouldnt be able to post review. 5 years use only for water heater is outrageous. Total rip offs.

The Royal Flush folks were great - friendly, informative and effective. They saved me some money showing me that I didn't have to do - this - instead, do that and it will work out better. And it has. I highly recommend them - we had a/c issues - but will call them for any plumbing needs also.

I had a new furnace/ac installed. They guys were here when they said they would be. I always got a call before they were coming informing me if they would be here that day or not. There was some minor glitches when the job was finished. As something came up Zack was responsive to my calls and coming back until I was satisfied and all was well.

They were great. I was a new customer. I described the problem and texted them photos of the situation. I received a telephone quote that was very close to what the actual cost was. They set my expectation for their arrival time, and he came at that time and on the same day! They had everything on the truck that they needed to install a new hot water heater and replace some old pipes. They took the old one away and left the area cleaner than when they arrived. I recommend them very highly. I will definitely call on them again if I need service.

I have used their services for years and they have always come through for me. Quick and reasonably priced. They are a stellar example of a family business.

I recently used them to fix an issue with my home central air. They were able to get Bob the technician over same-day. Bob was very pleasant, respectful and thoroughly explained the needed repair to me. He did not leave until he was certain that the repair was done correct and that I understood what was done. The pricing was consistent with other plumbers that I have used in the past. I would recommend them!

Highly recommend! Very quick, honest, and professional. We lost heat right before the big storm and we were very nervous we were going to be without heat all day/night. They had Zach over within an hour and he had everything done after he got parts. We weren’t without heat long at all thankfully to their responsiveness. We were very thankful for their speedy response as we know this is a busy time of year. Thank you!

Great group of guys, courteous, timely, and dependable. Explained everything well and gave me options. I have used them for re piping of a bathroom (reno), and re piping of some leaky water pipes in my cellar. Highly recommend.

Shout out to Zach and Royal Flush! I had an unique plumbing problem with my washer that FOUR other plumbers had not been able to effectively solve. Zach came and really problem solved and came up with a solution that was SO much better than anyone else had suggested. I was very impressed how smart Zach is…how he took the challenge and made a really creative solution for me. They did the work on the day they said they would. I am very satisfied with their work and would recommend!

Royal Flush did some plumbing work at my home in Lunenburg about two weeks ago. The two young gentlemen they sent to do the work were very professional. They worked very hard for about 3 hours without a break. I was very pleased with the work when they finished and the end cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company!

Naturally our old furnace suddenly went cold in February in freezing weather and needed parts were no longer in production. We saw a sticker on it listing Royal Flush Plumbing as the original installers nearly a generation ago. We called the number and had a brand new furnace installed within 2 days. The service was congenial, speedy, and the price was fair. We are very pleased with the result and recommend Zach and his team at Royal Flush to anyone with furnace issues.
