Constraction reviews in Upton, Massachusetts

Mike and his crew did a beautiful job on the siding at our home. The quote was excellent, they arrived on time and were neat and efficient. Mike even came back to help us put our flagpole on the new siding on his way home from work several weeks after completing the job. He wanted to make sure we installed it properly. Can't say enough, highly recommend this family owned buisness!!

Michael and his crew performed outstanding work on our home. It really looked great and we continued to receive many complimentary remarks about the siding long after they left the site. The guys helped us choose colors and made suggestions but always listened to our needs and desires. They turned-up on the job when they said they would and were fast yet efficient with an eye always on producing a quality product. Michael is the owner and and kept a watchful eye on progress using his many years of experience and knowledge to ensure his reputation for quality work was fulfilled. They are a highly-customer focused team and I can recommend them to anybody looking to have siding work performed.

After getting several estimates and many confusing options with other companies on replacing an enormous foyer window in my home , I was more than pleased to have East Coast Siding take on the job.
Mike was a pleasure to work with. He gave me the best price, explained simply and clearly what would be done and his crew was efficient , conscientious , and made sure everything was cleaned up and looked great!
You can tell that Mike takes pride in his business and truly cares about his customers.

East Coast Siding recently installed vinyl siding on our oversized split-level home, and my husband and I are both very happy with the overall process and outcome. Mike the owner was engaged, responsive and professional, providing insurance documentation and quotes in little time. Drew (crew lead) and team worked quickly and cleaned up after each day. Drew also took the time to discuss job details and answer any questions. We found that the price quoted was true to our final bill, reflecting skilled work and quality materials. Finally, the job was completed two days sooner than originally estimated. My husband and I feel like it looks like we have a whole new house, and would we would recommend East Coast Siding.

I hired Mike and his crew to side my house in Cedar Impressions Vinyl Siding. From helping with color, style selection, to trim detail, Mike was on point and extremely knowledgeable about the job. His crew were very professional and did such a great job. They put in some long hours and were able to strip, insulate, and side the house in about 3 days. Their attention to detail was superb. I can’t say enough good things about Mike and his team. If you have the opportunity to hire East Coast Siding you won’t be disappointed!

Mike and his crew resided our home 3 years ago. The quality of craftsmanship is excellent. The crew worked quickly, throughly and were very clean. Mike was on site each day checking in to make sure their work was meticulous and it was! Mike was just at our house a few weeks ago, he remembered my kids and was so easy to work with again. He is very responsive, reasonably priced and follows up to make sure you are completely satisfied with the job. East Coast Siding is one of the BEST companies I have ever worked with on a home project. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Mike, Drew and the Crew at East Coast Siding re-roofed my home (3600 sq. ft. colonial hip roof with solar panels) this past summer. They were prompt, courteous, and worked their butts off! The result was fantastic and was completed at a very fair price. I mentioned the solar panels because the solar contractor had to remove and replace them; it was not Mike's crew. In replacing the panels the solar contractor damaged the cap roofing shingles on the roof peaks to the extent that sections of it blew off in one of our autumn wind storms. Mike was kind enough to have his crew come out within a day of my letting him know to repair the roof peaks -- at no additional cost. That was incredibly neighborly service, to be sure! Highly recommend their quality and work ethic.

After 45 years of having our house painted every few years we chose East Coast to vinyl side our home. We are very pleased with the result. It was a pleasant experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Extremely pleased doing business with Mike and Drew. They installed new vinyl siding, gutters, windows and a few storm doors. I've been around many home contractors over the years, so I know quality when I see it. Pricing was very competitive...I got multiple estimates and felt these guys were the ones to go with.
From estimate to completion was timely, communication was excellent and workmanship top notch.
Highly Recommend !

Michael and his team recently replaced my roof and they did an awesome job! Michael provided a detailed quote and communicated with me throughout the process. His team was extremely detailed oriented and efficient, including thoroughly cleaning up the area before they left. We couldn't be more happy with our new roof!

I highly recommend Mike and his team. We recently used them for a new roof and siding and they were excellent. The level of professionalism and hard work by all was impressive. There was always great communication with Mike and much attention to detail every step of the way. Everything that was discussed and planned was delivered. Even when we had a tree fall on our deck and damage some of our siding, Mike was promptly there to assess the damage and had a plan to fix it. If you are looking for a company that is fair, prompt, and efficient, look no further! You won’t be disappointed!

Mike and his team just completed a full roof replacement on our home, and we couldn't be happier with the process and the outcome. Mike was prompt, easy to work with, extremely communicative, and fair. He delivered on everything he said he would, and we felt completely confident in his capable hands. Mike, Drew and the crew of East Coast Siding recently replaced my windows and siding on my house. Transformational is the only word that describes the results.
I could not have asked for a kindlier and more caring owner and son. This was a big decision for me. Mike was very patient when I changed my mind on my color selection. Above all, they wanted me to be happy. The crew worked tirelessly and got it done quickly. I’m very happy with the results.
I talked with several companies, and their price was very reasonable too.
Another plus, no more woodpeckers pecking at the house!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mike and his team at East Coast Siding for a roofing project, and I couldn't be more grateful for the entire experience. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly helpful. Not only did they complete the roof replacement on time, but they also went above and beyond by assisting with the coordination of solar panel removal and reinstallation.

Throughout the process, communication was clear and consistent. Mike ensured that all timelines were met and was flexible in scheduling to make the whole experience as smooth as possible. Their attention to detail and commitment to getting the job done right really stood out.

The new roof looks fantastic, and I’m confident it will last for years to come. I highly recommend East Coast Siding to anyone in need of roofing services. In fact, we plan on using East Coast Siding for a window replacement project soon. They truly went the extra mile to make sure the job was completed to perfection. Thank you for such a positive experience!

Mike and his team were outstanding. The project was completed quickly, with exceptional quality and care. We worked with them to install new siding and windows, and we were so impressed that we’re already planning to have them return to replace our roof.

They are honest, respectful, and clearly experienced. When an unexpected issue arose (old plank sheathing beneath the existing siding that had nearly rotted through) they immediately presented a solution and were ready with the materials and manpower to keep the project on schedule.

We received several quotes, and theirs was right in line with the others, but the level of professionalism and craftsmanship set them apart. Thank you for transforming our dated exterior into something that truly radiates curb appeal--we love it!

Mike and his team were great to work with. Communication was excellent each step of the way. The team was efficient and cleaned up nicely. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their siding done. We went from a red to herringbone and couldn’t have been more pleased
