Constraction reviews in Upton, Massachusetts

Recently used East Coast for a re-siding job. Michael & his crew did amazing work updating the look of our home. Great communication, professionalism and attention to detail throughout the project. Will recommend to any friends or family in the area!

I recently had new windows and vinyl siding down by East Coast Siding and am extremely happy with the results. The whole process from start to finish was a great experience. I got multiple estimates for the job and nothing came close to the combination of price point and reputation I got with East Coast Siding. They were also the only company who followed up with us after the estimate was done. Mike, Drew and the crew did an amazing job on my home completing the project in 3 days and keeping us informed the whole way through. When they finished, they walked the property with my wife and I to make sure we were satisfied with the work and the cleanup. I would highly recommend East Coast Siding for future projects.

Mike and his team did a fabulous job putting a new roof on my 100 year old saltbox. Great quality work and SO clean! Loved that they put large tarps from the roof to the ground protecting the landscaping and outdoor lighting. Completed in 1 day and great with communication. Highly recommend!!

Mike and his crew just installed all new siding on our house. The whole team were very polite and communication was great. The quality of work is excellent and they cleaned up all the debris leaving the yard clean and me and my husband extremely happy. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have siding down you will not be disappointed .

Mike and Drew did a fantastic job on my roof. Extremely fair, fast and great cleanup. I have a large yard and 3 dogs, so cleanup was super important and I’d say Mike and Drew had the attention to detail and made sure things were perfect. Great communication through the process, and the team put in long hours and hard work. Couldn’t recommend more. Thanks guys!

We just had a full window and siding replacement done for our Colonial style home and could not be more thrilled with the job that Mike and his crew did! After years of endless research on different contractors and window/siding brands I was still very anxious and apprehensive about committing to a contractor due to the often conflicting and inconsistent reviews. But the minute I met Mike and shook his hand I knew I found someone I could trust and who would do the job right. He was a super nice guy and was very straightforward and professional, and explained everything clearly and answered all of our questions before providing a detailed quote right on the spot. Based on the prior estimates I received from other contractors, Mike's quote was VERY fair and reasonable, so I didn't even bother to pursue any further quotes at that point. He was very confident and reassuring about the quality of their work, and there were no high pressure sales tactics, and no upselling of more expensive windows or other work or materials I didn't need (although he did also offer to replace our old gutters and front storm door which we gladly took advantage of). And all the work was completed on time despite the very unseasonably cold weather we had in early December. The crew showed up early every morning and worked until after dark and finished the entire project in 4 days which was amazing. They were incredible workers and they were all very efficient, respectful and conscientious in the job they did. You could tell Mike and his crew take a lot of pride in their work as it was evident in the quality of the installation and attention to detail, ie, taping ALL the housewrap seams, replacing rotted underlayment and trim (even small areas) instead of just going over it, excellent fit and finish work, etc. Mike and/or his son Drew (who was also AWESOME) were on site every day and constantly asked if we had any questions or concerns, and if we were satisfied with the work being done. We couldn't be happier with how the whole project went start to finish. So if you were like I was and you've been agonizing over deciding who to trust your home project to, then look no further. THIS IS YOUR GUY!!!!! Hoping to add some pictures soon - everyone who walks by our house now marvels at how beautiful it looks!!!

We couldn’t be happier with how our house turned out thanks to East Coast Siding! Mike and Drew were awesome from the very first estimate all the way through to the finished product. They kept us in the loop every step of the way, which made the whole process super smooth. Their team worked hard and clearly knows their stuff. They took what used to be the ugliest house on the street and turned it into something we’re proud of—in no time at all! You can tell East Coast Siding really cares about their work, and it shows. We’ll definitely be calling them back for our roof and window projects. If only they did landscaping, too—we’d be first in line!

We are extremely happy with the work Mike, Drew, and the team at East Coast Siding did replacing our old siding. Mike was responsive, easy to work with, and kept us updated throughout the whole project. The workmanship was top-notch, they finished quickly, and the price was very competitive.

We really appreciated how flexible they were when we changed the siding color last minute—Mike was understanding and made the process stress-free. They also did a great job cleaning up when the work was done.

Our house looks amazing. Highly recommend East Coast Siding!

Heritage Siding put a beautiful roof on my old (1800s) house. The crew was terrific and the price affordable. I highly recommend this business.

Kevin and his crew installed a bay window and slider. The work was done quickly and efficiently for a fair price. I would definitely use Heritage again.

Every time it rains I have to think of Kevin and the poor install of windows on my porch. I have water coming in from the bottom of windows, ruining the finished work I did.
Not professional when there is a problem.

Kevin @ Heritage is absolutely the kind of contractor you want to work with..
Says what he's going to do and does it exactly the way he said. Excellent communication , quality and outstanding professionalism..
He Overdelivered..

We had our roof replaced and new skylights put in at the same time. Heritage scheduled us quickly and showed up when they were supposed to. The roof looks great and everything works as expected. Thank you

Kevin and his team are fantastic. Kevin and his team are great to work with. They were on time and on budget to a tee! I couldn’t be happier with the work they did. I highly recommend.

The owner, Kevin, came out to look at my building, showed up on time, offered options for the siding and trim project and provided me with a competitive estimate in a timely and professional manner. Job was scheduled and completed on time, unforeseen circumstances (aka hidden rotted) were communicated quickly, and addressed at an agreeable rate. The house looks amazing. Feel free to take a ride by and check out the work! 12 Main St Upton. Thanks for a job well done to Kevin and his team.

Kevin McLaughlin helped us fix a window issue that was causing our windows to fog up due to leaky window seals on a old Harvey window product. He came in the midst of a snow storm, on a rather short notice and fixed our window efficiently and quickly. He checked the quality of his work and I am writing this review right after he left. I am sure he will be willing to come back and fix any issues if they happen in the future, but it seems like he has done a fantastic job and we should be set for now. He did say we could call him if any problems arise in the future. It was reassuring to see such a level of competence and professionalism. Way to go and I highly recommend him as a Harvey Windows contractor.

We’ve used Heritage Exteriors several times for window replacement and a new roof. The work done was very good. Kevin, the owner, is a good guy and very responsive from the initial consultation phase to the end of the project. The price was competitive and the workmanship on the windows and re-roofing exceeded my expectation.

Kevin & his crew hit it out of the park!! all work is excellent!! including the cleanup! it was a big job, they went above & beyond to make sure every detail was correct! Any & all questions were answered! & eveything was done to our satisfaction!!
"THERE THE BEST" 🇺🇸

Kevin from Heritage just left after finishing up an outstanding repair job on our siding, and I had to make sure to jump on here immediately to let everyone know how pleased I was with the work. I contacted them through their email address on the website this morning, sending pictures of some damage (due to heat from a grill too close to the wall!) to part of our vinyl siding. He responded to my email and came by within a couple of hours to match up the siding and give an estimate for the work. The cost was very reasonable, and he was back in a few hours to take care of the job. Excellent work, professional, and efficient. I highly recommend Heritage, and would certainly use them again for similar needs!

We contacted Heritage Exteriors for a major exterior renovation project for our home which included new siding to replace 1960's installed wood shingles, replacement of 2 entry doors and 5 older windows. The price for the project provided by Kevin was reasonable and lower than two other companies that had also bid the job. As the project began, we decided to replace an additional 13 windows, a cellar bulkhead door and 3 new storm doors. Kevin was accommodating with the additional changes and the workmanship by his crew was top notch. Heritage provided an excellent exterior finish to compliment and replace the original unique-designed first floor windows of the house. The siding crew from Heritage worked quickly despite weather related delays. From removal of the old wood shingles, installation of new vinyl shingles and siding, to clean up of the area after, they did an outstanding job. We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend you use Heritage Exteriors for your home improvement project

Kevin and his crew did a great job on our project; 31 replacement windows, 2 replacement doors and complete vinyl siding. Once they started they never left the job until completion and worked in and through some terrible winter conditions including a single digit day with -18 windchill. All communications were clear and consistent with their actions. I would use them again.
