Constraction reviews in Upton, Massachusetts

We live in Bellingham MA and saw that Heritage Exteriors put a new roof on a neighbors house and we called for a quote.Kevin quoted the job and we had him go ahead with the job. The roof was done in one day and is terrific, we are very pleased. We also had him quote new vinyl siding and again went ahead with the job and got more compliments on the "new look" of our house. Kevin's crews were very professional and made quick work of both jobs. I would not hesitate to recommend Heritage to my family and friends and have done so already.

Heritage Exteriors just finished replacing the siding on our house, and they did a fantastic job. The house, which is almost 40 years old, looks brand new. Kevin is very easy to work with, as is everyone on his team. This is our second major project with Kevin, and I would not hesitate to hire him for a third in the future.

We had 14 Harvey windows installed by Heritage Exteriors. Kevin, Drew and Liam did a fantastic job of removing the old windows and installing the new windows. They also took the time to answer all our questions. Kevin also took the time to repair an old Harvey window in our basement. Kevin was committed to keeping our project on schedule. We would recommend Heritage Exteriors and would use them again in the future.

I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH POSITIVE THINGS ABOUT KEVIN AND HIS CREW. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL, NEAT, ORGANIZED AND TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND MORE. ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS, OUR PLAN WAS IMPROVED UPON WITH KEVIN'S SUGGESTIONS. THEY ARE THE TYPE OF BUSINESS YOUR GRANDFATHER WOULD HAVE RUN, UP FRONT, HONEST AND IF SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE IMPROVED UPON ONCE WORK STARTS, IT JUST GETS DONE THE RIGHT WAY. I WOULD HIRE THEM IN A HEARTBEAT TO DO ANY OTHER WORK I NEEDED. I THINK THE PICTURES BELOW SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES.

We had the pleasure of working with Heritage on our full roof and gutter replacement project in September. Aside from providing an outstanding installation, Kevin and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and diligent throughout the process. We had many questions prior to and during the project, and Kevin was always available to offer expert advice. Highly recommended.

I hired Heritage for siding and windows about two a half years ago and was very happy with the result. Kevin is very responsive to questions and requests. This past winter, I noticed that the seals were leaking on two of my new windows, so I sent him an email asking about the warranty and he was out to check them out a day or two later. Replacement sashes just arrived and are being installed, all under warranty. Very easy.

My wife and I recently had Kevin and his team replace siding, windows, doors and deck on my home in Upton. His team did a fantastic job and made my house look better than when it was just built. His team is professional, courteous, prompt and go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Kevin always checked in to make sure we were completely satisfied. His price was also able to beat multiple competing bids. I recommend him to anyone looking to renovate. I look forward to future projects with Kevin and his team.

They are the best! Heritage replaced our roof, installed new windows, and did needed repairs along the way. Kevin and his crew were talented and professional- they showed up when scheduled, did quality work, cleaned everything up, and came in on budget. They even were able to install a vintage custom decorative window - it looks great and is weathertight. Highly recommend!

Kevin and his team did a wonderful job residing our house. Very professional and efficient, the job was done in a timely manner after being booked and then a very quick turnaround on the work, even working weekends. The work was of an excellent quality. Highly recommend and they will be first call when I need future projects done

From start to finish, working with Kevin was a fantastic experience, easily the best contractor we have hired!

We called Kevin to get an estimate on replacing our siding after our home (circa 1865) was hit by a drunk driver. He met with us and provided a competitive estimate. After some thought, we asked Kevin to come back and talk through options on also doing all the wood trim. He was very accommodating and helpful, answering many questions and concerns and guiding us through our options. Kevin’s knowledge and expertise with historical homes was also a bonus for me and incredibly helpful.

Kevin and his team did an amazing job on our home. His team is very professional, efficient, respectful of our property, and the job was done within approximately 1 week after signing the contract and scheduling the work.

When it comes to workmanship, one word comes to mind, AMAZING! Kevin’s team is remarkable, my home looks brand new, and the finished project exceeded my expectations. We have had several neighbors comment on how fantastic our home looks now.

I highly recommend Kevin and his team; they will be our first call for future projects.

Kevin, Greg and his hard working crew did a wonderful job re-roofing our house. We could not have asked for a better experience. The crew was skilled and professional. They were on time and we're finished in one day. They left the property in cleaner then how they found it. Would highly recommend to any and all.

I called Heritage to look at replacing all the windows on my home. Kevin came out, took a look, and gave me a quote. First thing I noticed with Kevin was that he wasn't a salesman like the other 4 companies I had out. He walked me trough the whole new construction process and showed me specific examples of what he would do. I liked that he works on the project with his crew.

Kevin and his team overall did an excellent job with the window project. The quality of installation was fantastic. My neighbor (who is a building construction manager) came over once they were finished and said what a good job they did. Kevin gave a recommendation on what trim we should put on and I'm glad I listened because it looks great, makes the windows really pop out.

Kevin, along with his team were such great people to work with. Very honest, respectful, and hard working. They make sure to protect everything inside and outside the house while working, and they clean up nicely when finished. Heritage was very fair in pricing compared to the others.

I'm very happy with this project and will call Kevin at Heritage Exteriors for any future projects

Kevin and his hard working crew did a wonderful job re-siding our house. We could not have asked for a better experience. The crew was skilled and professional. The work was well organized and everything was kept very neat. The work was completed on time and in budget. We love the way our house looks with the new siding and we would readily recommend Heritage Exteriors to anyone needing work done.

Completed my roof start to finish in 8 or so hours. Looks great! Kevin and his crew were super. Answered all my questions and was very responsive. I really did feel good about the process especially given how much a roof costs. You wont be sorry with their services.

Needed a roof replacement. Wanted local. Found Heritage / Kevin and couldn't be happier! As with other reviewers; great price, quality product, on time, responsive, professional, conscientious, and did a great overall job. And done in a single day!! Going to have them repair the stairs on our porches now...

Could not be happier with the work the Heritage team did! They ran into some challenges with prior work that had not been done properly over the years, did the right thing to correct it, and were very reasonable.
Our house looks like a completely new house from the outside. I would recommend Kevin and team to anyone.

Very professional. Replaced an aged sewer system for title 5 approval.

There guys were great. They worked closely with us, the engineers and town inspectors to finish the job beautifully!

Barrows completed the septic system minor excavation and upgrade work as requested, neatly, on time and on budget.

Glenn and his team did a great job! They were responsive and very professional.

Glenn and his team were amazing!! I honestly couldn't have asked for a more seamless experience. Highly recommend Barrows Contracting!
