Manny and his crew did an excellent job re-roofing our house in Northbridge. The shingles were fallen off the house after 20 years and he said the builder missed the nailing strip on the shingles. He tore up the roof and put on a new roof and were done by 2 o’clock. The price was very reasonable And it was done very neat and clean. He also came and checked out my new house in Oxbridge and gave a kind blessing that the roof was in good shape. I would definitely have Manny and his crew come in the future. Thank you

Diego listened to our concerns and ideas for different areas, and we worked together to come up with solutions that made us happy while working within the parameters of the materials. The attention to detail put in by the team was excellent. Al kept me updated on the progress of the job every day (sometimes multiple times) with texts and photos. The crew worked diligently in the summer heat, and left our property clean every day and at the end of the project. They circled back quickly on punch list items as the project end neared, and checked back a few months later to make sure everything was still to our satisfaction. A+ for Shine!

Diego and his crew at Shine were top-notch. We needed the roof to our Craftsman house replaced on short notice after developing several leaks. We could not have been happier. Diego was extremely professional and communicative. A large team showed up at our house and replaced the roof (not the easiest roofline) in a little over a day. They worked extremely hard, taking pictures of what they thought was the underlying issue, and made sure to keep us informed of the scope of work that needed to be done. We have not had any issues with our roof since, and we feel confident in the quality of their work (a long with their warranty).

The last thing I wanted do was spend money on a new roof, but it had to be done. We had a couple of people come by for estimates, and once Manny from Shine Construction came into the picture, the choice was easy. We definitely made the right decision. Cost was on par with others, but what really stood out was how professional and detail oriented the whole crew was. They worked all day and into the night to get the project finished, and came by the next day to make sure it was perfectly executed. Every nail and piece of debris was cleaned up, the rubber roofing looks immaculate, and after a long winter with plenty of rain, ice, and snow - it’s proved to be a job well done. I would recommend Shine to anyone who needs a new roof - they are a local, family owned company, they made the whole thing easy and stress free, and did excellent work.

Our roof was a technically challenging project, a custom shingle style on a very tall steeply pitched Victorian (turret over 50ft high). We needed siding, trim and widow repair. How would we choose a contractor? We had no references to work with, so we searched online and found many choices too many choices. We read hundreds of reviews. We found contractors who were very experienced and helpful. But we found only one without some negative reviews. We thought how is that possible (likely not but we added them to our list out of curiosity). After interviews and estimates one contractor seemed to Shine above the others (the one with all the positive reviews). And Lenny gave us the best price, but could his team handle this tough project? Yes, they did. Great job, beautiful roof, no complaints another 5-star project.
