Mike and Greg did a great job removing and trimming a bunch of trees for us. They didn't leave a mess and they are both very nice guys. I highly recommend this company

They came out quickly to remove several tree stumps and were incredibly efficient. Price I was quoted was great and bet others. Mike and the crew were exceptional and explained things they were going to do. Clean up and removal of trees was excellent. I have a newer driveway and they took care in not damaging it.

I needed to have my vinyl sided house cleaned that had many years of mold and mildew. What I needed was a "soft-wash". I called a few local companies and decided on Clear Factor. I couldn't be happier with the results that Ryan and his crew did. They arrived on time and did a great job.
The siding looks brand new. Ryan explained every step and did a fantastic job. They were in and out in about 1 1/2 hours. They power washed the front steps. Very happy with the results and will use Clear Factor in the future.

Ryan promptly returned my phone call when I contacted him to set up an appointment to spec the gutter work I needed done. He showed up properly for the appointment, inspected the work I needed and provided a written estimate with a very reasonable price. He arrived on the appointed day to do the work, work quickly, told me things about my gutters that I did not know. Ryan is a confident, enthusiastic, positive person and very easy to do business with. One should feel very confident and having Ryan complete work for them.

Ryan did an excellent job on my house and gutter cleaning. Very professional and always answered my (many) emails the same day. I plan on having him come again for my fall clean up and highly recommend him to anyone needing his services.

Had the Clear Factor come to clean my gutters, windows and deck. They made sure that all my needs were taken care of, even though I changed it a couple of times. Their response time was very prompt and professional.
They have their own water tank which for me is a huge plus since my town is under a strict water ban. They did an amazing job on all three jobs, couldn't be happier with the service.

This is the second time I have used Clear Factor for services, and again, they did an awesome job. The concrete around my pool was black and dirty and after the guys washed it, it looks like new! My deck had a lot of green mold and dirt stains and it came out perfect. This company is so professional and dependable. I highly recommend them!

I called upon Ryan and his team to wash my home, windows, deck,and patio. They also resanded the patio and cleaned the gutters. They did an exceptional job in all areas! Clear Factor came out and did a fine job cleaning out my gutters. Overall communication was good. The day of the job they had let me know they would be late but didn't call back to follow up with a time as to when they would show. I would say that would be my only complaint.
