The Clear Factor has done our home power washing a few times; always a great job. This time (Nov 2024), I had them clean out our (substantially overdue) gutters. They did another amazing job. Arrived on time, left everything clean, no damages to anything AND a very nice crew. I'm booking them for our spring power wash now. Highly recommend The Clear Factor.

I recently had my gutters cleaned by The Clear Factor and the experience was great! Booking the service was quick and convenient through their website. Communication pre-appointment was good, I was given reminders of my appointment time and things to do to prepare for the appointment. James arrived on time, was very friendly, completed the work promptly and did a great job. I don't have a reference point for price as this was my first time getting a cleaning, but I wasn't thrown off by the price and thought it was reasonable. I would use The Clear Factor again and would recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a gutter cleaning.

Our roof looks new! The roof was full of black streaks and small clumps of moss on the front where it is mostly shaded. Clear Factor was quick and efficient with the cleaning and our roof looks amazing!

Like many had I ice damns across my roof that were approx. 8" tall and pretty deep. Messaged Clear Factor, within a few hours had a response and a date/time scheduled. They could not have been more responsive. The crew showed up on time, they were professional, took care of the ice dams using steam, cleared the snow above, and cleared the deck area the snow came down on. I plan on having them clean some moss on the roof after the winter. Top notch communication, super responsive, more than fair price, all around great experience, high recommendation!

Ryan and his crew have Pressure Washed my home twice and also removed Ice Dams twice for me in some very difficult weather conditions. Ryan always does fantastic work and is very courteous. He is very careful with your property.
