The Clear Factor provided an exceptional service at a great price. Ryan returned my phone call quickly and provided a free estimate to powerwash my home. He arrived promptly and was professional and personable. My house was long overdue for a thorough cleaning and it now looks remarkable. Great job Clear Factor. No need to look elsewhere. Highly recommended.

Ryan provided excellent customer service and work ethic. The house and roof came out wonderful!! There was absolutely no mess from the house washing, roof cleaning or gutter cleaning! And he responded to our emails right away (unlike 2 of his competitors). Definitely give Ryan and his cleaning results 5 stars+.

The clear factory did an amazing job on our house. They were very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. I really appreciated that they scheduled a visit to my house to look at it before giving me a quote.

Ryan did a great job last year with our gutters so we had him back this year. We added pressure washing for our cement pool deck to the job. Not only was he incredibly responsive (got back to my initial request and set up a scheduled service date all within a day), but they were right on time that morning and finished both jobs within a couple of hours. I was shocked at how good the pool deck came out; it hasn’t looked this good since we moved into the house 8 years ago! We will definitely use Ryan and his team again in the future.

I started out looking for gutter cleaning services, but after being ghosted by other services, I found The Clear Factor on Facebook and reached out. They were very responsive and were able to schedule an in-person consultation for me almost immediately. While showing the assessor around the house, he pointed out how much mildew I had growing and talked to me about their exterior washing. I ended up letting him upsell me a bit, and I went with a gutter cleaning (interior and exterior), house and window washing, and a shed roof cleaning. They were able to get me on the calendar very quickly, and gave me a very reasonable quote (less than I had gotten from talking to other contractors). Everyone I interacted with was kind and professional, and they did a GREAT job on the house, gutters, window, and shed roof. Everything looks wonderful, and I'll definitely be reaching out to them next year for another wash!

I was extremely happy with the service Clear Factor provided. I received a free estimate right away, and my house was cleaned within a week. I had my windows and gutters cleaned along with the soft power wash which was cheaper than doing it separately from other companies like I have been doing for years. They actually used a mop/ brush thing to scrub the windows- not just water. Even the sills are sparkling!! I couldn’t be happier.

Ryan and his team did a great job cleaning our house, shed, fence, gutters, stamped concrete patio and composite deck. Ryan was very responsive and accommodated our schedule. His pricing was fair and reasonable. We plan to use them again. We highly recommend them.

They arrived on schedule to clean our windows, including many roof windows. We were very happy with the work their crew did. They us check to make sure all windows were clean to our satisfaction and were very accommodating about redoing several. However, I was embarrassed that most of what I thought were spots they missed were dirt on the inside. With that in mind, I would recommend customers clean their windows inside before the crew comes to reduce the number of unnecessary "do-overs."

They have also followed up to say let them know if anything didn't go as we would have hoped, and they will make it right.

We are very happy with their services. We have an older home with aluminum siding and lots of oxidation. They were reasonably priced and very professional. Took their time and did a fantastic job. Our home looks great. Many thanks to a wonderful company. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them..

Easy to get an estimate via their website. Prompt follow up communication and scheduling. Had them to our house within the week for power washing and gutter cleaning. Arrived when they said they would (even a bit early) and were efficient about their work and were completely quickly. Actual amount was reflective of the amount sent via estimate.

Ryan and his team were very friendly and professional. His prices were competitive and he showed up on time and ready to work. My neighbors also had Ryan and his team clean their gutters as well, and all of us were pleased with the work that was done. We will definitely be using his company again in the future!

This is our 6th year using The Clear Factor and we have been happy with the quality of their work and reasonable prices. This year we had our cement pool deck power washed as well as our windows done. They arrive on time, are very professional and as always, we were very pleased with the outcome.
