We had just moved to a new house with a very outdated master bathroom and we.re looking fir a reliable and experienced team. We feel really lucky to have found McGuire & Co. Our new master bathroom is beautiful and they also helped us redesigning our master closet! We will definitely work again with Rob, Marc and their team for our future projects!

I was immediately welcomed by Evan the day I dropped into McGuire Kitchen and Bath. I shared with him my desire to remodel my kitchen. He described the business and answered every one of my questions. I was so impressed I asked him to have someone contact me. Marc visited me at the house to review the company’s business strategy, project plan for kitchen remodels and more importantly he sincerely wanted to understand my objectives and style. Before he left, I asked him for a quote. I was pleasantly surprised when he called to set up an appointment to review the quote…he didn’t just email it to me. The quote was very easy to read and understand exactly what it included.
This was my first kitchen remodel, I knew what I wanted but could not put it altogether. Marc and Rob made helpful suggestions and kept bringing me back to my objectives, style, color and budget. They were awesome to work with. Their crew was very polite, on time and worked diligently. They took time to answer all my questions.
The remodel went very smoothly. Either Marc or Rob were onsite every day with their crew. They kept in constant communication with me keeping me informed on current status, next step and checking to be sure I was happy. Through their efforts and project planning the kitchen remodel was on time and on budget.

When we decided to remodel our master bathroom we had no idea where to begin because we wanted a total remodel from floor boards to ceiling. We discovered McGuire Kitchen & Bath showroom, met Marc, Sheila and Rob and knew this was the company for us. We worked well together from design to installation. They were professional, skilled, easy to work with and kept us updated every step of the way. The results exceeded my expectations! And, we will work with them again in the near future.

We hired Maguire Kitchen and Bath to renovate the small second floor bathroom in our 1890’s house in Wakefield. It was a great experience from start to finish.

Given the uncertainty of the times we appreciated the ability to meet virtually at first, and then by appointment in the showroom. Jenni and team presented well thought out floor plans and design options keeping in mind our needs, wants, budget, and limited space.

We appreciate how easy Jenni, Marc, and Rob were to work with. Calls, texts, and emails were always promptly returned. No question was left unanswered. Small details that we mentioned during initial meetings were noted and we never had to remind anyone of something that was discussed.

Everyone who entered our home was friendly and respectful to the fact that our family of 4 would be working and schooling at home throughout the project. We could not be happier with our new bathroom and would absolutely use Maguire Kitchen and Bath again when we’re ready for our next renovation project

Jenni, Kelley and Marc listened to our ideas during the design phase and then provided us with options for selecting cabinets, countertops and tile that fit our budget. The materials, workmanship and installation were of high quality. They were attentive and responsive to all questions throughout the project and we would not hesitate to work with them again in the future.

McGuire & Co recently remodeled our kitchen, including a wall removal, and we couldn't be happier with the results. We've moved several times in our lives and have worked with different contractors for remodels and new builds. I can honestly say that McGuire & Co were the best I've ever worked with and the only company I would have no reservations re-hiring for future projects. They work as a well functioning team with an emphasis on customer service and cleanliness. They bubble off the work area so that the rest of the home isn't filled with dust, yet still make sure the inner bubble is left totally clean before leaving each day. When snags arise, they come up with solutions based on the customer's needs over their own and have gone above and beyond more than once for us during this covid period renovation. The company's owner and main carpenter, Rob McGuire and his apprentice, Nick provide the best quality work. The design staff of Kelley and Jenni offer wonderful ideas and detailed planning. Marc coordinates the entire project from initial sale to finish and is the very accessible main contact for each customer throughout the project. It was a pleasure to work with each and every one of these people, as well as the people they contracted to do the plumbing, electrical work, tile installation, and painting. Amazing and completely satisfied customer. McGuire + Co. Kitchen & Bath built a bathroom in my unfinished basement, and I called them back to build two bedrooms in my unfinished attic after I realized how amazing they were. They started and finished both jobs on time and were extremely professional. I have 4 bathrooms in my house, and this is the only one that I get compliments on. I am now thinking of remodeling my basement to match my bathroom. The design options were vast and all of them incredible. The team on sight was very flexible when I made last minute change. The construction is impeccable, and I would recommend this company for all your construction needs.

We used McGuire + Co Kitchen & Bath for a kitchen remodel in 2022 and worked with Amanda Colosi. She was absolutely fantastic - extremely responsive to all our calls, e-mails and many questions, and incredibly detail-oriented. We had a small 1950's footprint to work with and an odd layout with various existing door placements, but Amanda made it work for us, fitting a lot of storage into a compact space. I was very particular with colors and wood tones, and Amanda was very patient in walking us through all options and adjusting our digital renderings accordingly. We had a few last-minute end-of-project changes due to personal preferences and Amanda was on top of it until we were 100% happy. Overall, I would definitely recommend Amanda and McGuire for your next kitchen project!

Top Notch Value. That is the best way to describe my experience with McGuire + Co. After seeing jobs that McGuire + Co completed and meeting them, I knew I would not do justice to my 1890's Victorian Shingle home. I had a vision brewing for 15 years to modernize/expand our kitchen (adding a support beam), dining room, butler's pantry, powder room, and entry while maintaining the classic architecture and lines throughout our entire house. McGuire + Co. met that challenge by pairing us up with Jenni and Marc who listened intently to that vision and our ideas. The passion that Rob, the owner, had for a house like ours, was reflected throughout the entire team, informing the design and build process from the very start. Jenni had a tremendous eye and did a ton of research to bring the vision into a tangible design, collaborating patiently all along the way. In parallel, Marc was tactically assessing how we could take these visions and designs to make them real. I very much appreciated that he understood and shared my sense of "value", applying it to every decision along they way, presenting options as value propositions, pros and cons, gives and takes, and the cost/benefit of all we encountered as we built the design and plan.

Marc led the transition to "build", coordinating a bustle of tradespeople and a few difficult constraints we had, which they accommodated as well as anyone could, through by terrific communications from Marc and Matt. We were never surprised by anything, knowing what, where, and when things were going to happen. All the contractors selected were superior, respectful, friendly professionals. Given McGuire + Co.'s appreciation for fine work, it was no surprise everyone appreciated the "bones" of our house, with its 9 foot ceilings and its massive beams, quarter-saw hardwood floors, and remnants of old gas lines, knob and tube wiring, a laundry chute, a fireplace hidden in a wall, and the cavity of an old pocket door. Rob and his team were focused on maintaining what we could from the old fixtures and the talked us through a few decisions that inevitably came up when gutting a mystery house like mine.

Once all the rough elements were in place, Nick led the rebuild. His millwork skills and attention to detail were exceptional. Nick was meticulous and treated this project as if it were his own home. No nook was left untreated, no seam was crooked, and no scratch was made among the crown molding, wainscoting, ceiling-height cabinetry despite the twists and turns of nearly 150-year-old bones. With the walls and woodwork complete, the tiling and countertops were expertly installed by the sub-contractors, each having meticulous attention to detail. McGuire + Co.'s continuous inspection revealed a painting flaw and scratch in the cabinets that I was happy to live with, but it was not up to their standards, and they insisted on having the items replaced, which was really impressive.

Nothing is perfect, and inevitably, small things happened along the way, but it is how these things are dealt with that makes all the difference. We had a significant material issue that the team resolved that turned out for the better, and there were unexpected schedule changes or delays, but the team re-arranged things to make it all work out and finish on time. A review without mentioning these would be flawed, however the positives dwarf anything issues that arose throughout the project.

McGuire + Co. would not consider the job done until it met their impeccable standards, and we feel they met theirs (and ours!). There were lower and higher priced options, but I cannot think of anyone that could have provided a better value proposition. Our project was on-time, on budget, and managed like clockwork. It was designed and built with our vision and goals in mind, improved by their ideas, additions, and features presented along the way. McGuire + Co.'s handling of everything was Top Notch and we could not be happier partnering with them to bring a modern flair to a classic Victorian home.

Our relationship with McGuire Kitchen and Bath didn’t start off the typical way! We were so use to contractors not showing up for appointments we were the no shows for the initial meeting with Marc and Jenni. They gave a few minutes and then emailed asking if we were going to join the meeting. We immediately jump on the zoom!
Knowledgeable, detail oriented, patient, and amazing are the words that come to mind when I think of Marc, Jenni, and the entire McGuire team. Jenni produced a great/functional design. Once we settled on the design, Jenni helped us understand our options regarding cabinet types, colors, hardware selection, quartz countertops, etc. She went the extra mile for us. When it came time to install, the installation was completed within the timeframe.
Every one of McGuires employees who entered our home (and there were many!) was completely professional, and kind I trusted them as I could see the top quality work they were accomplishing, and the way they respectfully cared for my home as well as my time.

McGuire & Co. recently completed our first floor home renovation, including an open kitchen and dining area. Our experience with McGuire's team was seamless. Our designer, Jenni, made what could have been an overwhelming design process, easy and fun. Her attention to detail and ability to anticipate the design and products we might like was impressive. Marc, Rob, Nick and their team of sub contractors were always kind and professional. Their work product is high quality and communication throughout the project was great. Despite supply chain issues during a pandemic, our remodel was complete within the estimated timeframe and the final costs were consistent with the original estimate. I could not recommend this firm more, and hope to have the opportunity to work with them again in the future!

We renovated a small condo kitchen and it looks great. A great company with a nice web presence as well as a brick and mortar store where you can meet to discuss design with Jenni and Marc and visualize the plan virtually, pick the cabinets, tile and hardware. They managed the project from A to Z. Very timely, great communication, and excellent workmanship. The contractors used for the installation of tile, plumbing, cabinets and electrical were all excellent and did great work. Marc will not sign off on the job until you are fully satisfied, making a final walk through to ensure satisfaction and to clean up any small punch list items. Professionals all the way around from design to finished product, including billing and timely communications whenever you have questions or concerns. Would highly recommend.

I had been wanting to do some work on my home for quite some time and made the decision to remodel the kitchen and both bathrooms at the same time. This was the first time I was ever having remodel work done and had a lot of anxiety around hiring the right contractor after hearing horror stories from friends/family.

I opted to go design-to-build to, not only help with the design of the spaces, but to also save myself time and stress and from being overwhelmed by all of the flooring/cabinet/etc options that I would have to decide from.

Marc and Kelley instantly put me at ease during the initial meeting. They were comfortable to talk to and focused on what I wanted and what would work for my family’s needs.

Rob, Marc, and team were great to work with and always professional. They kept us informed of timeline and were responsive to all our questions. Knowing that we had never gone through this type of project before, they took time to explain what to expect. And they were true to their word, which was one of the things I appreciate most.

Kelley and Jenni really listened to our feedback and made the effort to understand our lifestyle and preferences so that the space was not only beautiful but also practical. The end result was a beautiful, bright, large open kitchen & dining space that our family now spends most of our time in. And I LOVE my updated bathroom that once felt dark and claustrophobic and is now open and bright.

We recently worked with McGuire for a remodel of our kitchen and could not be happier with the result. From the design meetings until final completion, every aspect of the project was executed to perfection. The design process with Jenni was such a great (and fun!) experience, not only is Jenni extremely talented in design, but she understands what a family needs in a kitchen and how to make the best use of a space. She somehow managed to triple the size and function of our kitchen without removing a wall! I always trusted and valued her opinion and love the final product. Marc manages the project and knows exactly how long things will take, how much they will cost and how to get things done. Everything went down exactly how he said it would, which made the whole process that much easier. Marc is very patient and always there to provide his guidance and expertise. Rob, Nick and the entire group of subs are absolutely top-notch. They are all experts in their craft and their work is flawless.
While renovations are stressful, the McGuire team made the experience as least stressful as it could be. They were an absolute pleasure to work with during every phase of the process. We hired McGuire + kitchen and bath for our Master and kids bathroom renovation this year. This is one of the best companies I have worked with. From beginning to end, they absolutely paid attention to every detail and need for all our requests.
