I believe one of their vehicles with plate #T82-086 hit our vehicle. I have yet to receive a phone call answering many left messages to discuss the next steps. I was willing to let them repair it without getting insurance involved. Now I have to file a police report. 1 week later this company seems a little dicey to me. Wish there was a zero star option.

I highly recommend ML Painting. They painted my older home. One of the things that impressed me was the amount of prep work they did prior to psinting. They were pleasant, hard-working, responsive, and did a great job painting the exterior of our house and making repairs to trim. The cost was very reasonable and we never felt nickeled and dimed. When issues came up, Junior would say “we’ll take care of it” and they did! I’m very pleased we selected ML.

I had a great experience with ML painting. Our project included exterior painting, replacing some rotted trim and an old plaster breezeway ceiling, and repairing some old wood shutters. The project manager told me "we'll take care of everything for you" - at the end of the project, I can say that they really did! The team worked hard (including Saturdays) and they were flexible to our needs during the multi-week project. I'm very pleased with the results both of the carpentry/repairs and the paint job. The price was extremely reasonable compared to other quotes I got.

If I could give Junior and his crew 10 stars, I would!  I needed a number of new ceilings installed, other ceilings and walls repaired, the interior of my condo painted, and some additional, general repairs. They were incredibly meticulous, professional, and just an overall delight to work with. Junior was also very patient with my long list of requests and questions, and everything was "no problem".  But do not let his easy-going demeanor fool you; he is extremely professional and takes his work very seriously.  Their price was also extremely fair, especially for the size of the project and quality of their work. I highly recommend ML Painting, and Junior will always be the first person I call with any additional work.

Marlo with ML Painting Plus is incredible. His crew is detailed, tidy and courteous. They show up when they say they will and work steadily. Their touch ups will please any perfectionist.

They’ve had some challenging projects at our place and have wow’ed me every time. This week it was a built in with wallpaper backing and last year our newly finished basement with floor to ceiling molding and more built-ins. I struggled to match the stair stain with our vinyl flooring in the basement, so Marlo went to his truck, mixed a custom stain and it was a perfect match.

I’ll never hire another painter.

Mendez painters did a phenomenal job painting the exterior of our home and garage. And they were easy to work with. I will definitely use them again for all future painting needs.

Their approach to prepping the house exceeded our expectations. Our home is about 100 years old. They scrapped and ground the house and garage down, in many places bare. They were very careful with our property. They covered the ground with tarps to catch the chips. To prep for painting, they power washed our entire house including the gutters. They covered all of our windows with plastic (which we appreciated because we had just replaced the windows last summer) before doing a full even coat primer. They did a special treatment on the north side of the house to combat mildew and mold. And then did a beautiful finish coat.

We felt like their pricing was more than fair, and from quote through final clean up we enjoyed working with them.
