The Maids came by our home today and gave us a deep clean far beyond our expectations. They went above and beyond - hours later, we're still finding little touches (like rehanging our towels in an aesthetically pleasing way) that we didn't expect. Will happily use them again.

I gave a bachelor friend a gift of a deep clean of his house for his birthday; his response couldn't have been more positive. He said it was the best gift he'd ever received! The Maids team responded to all of his concerns directly, kindly, and respectfully, including his biggest concern -- his two indoor cats. Making a dear friend this happy was certainly a gift for ME! I highly recommend this group; I'm even more amazed that I found them considering I called them not knowing a thing about them!

Alexandrina and her team 602 did a wonderful job. They were very professional and cared about how my house looked. I will use this service again for sure.

They knocked over a can of paint in my empty apartment, and denied all responsibility.

We hired them the clean the apartment (which we haven't been living in) before our lease was over. We let them in, then left, asking them to just leave the keys on the counter when they were done. When we came back a few days later to check it out, we found they had spilled paint over the carpet. Nobody had been in the apartment in between the times they were in there and when we came back to check.

No mention of it at all. They didn't call us, didn't try to clean it up, didn't even make a note of it.

We called the company who denied the claim and all responsibility, implying that we are liars.

The service is insanely overpriced to begin with. It cost $480 for 2.5 hours cleaning an empty apartment -- no furniture to move or clean under, no obstacles.

We spent $480 for an average cleaning, and to have paint spilled across our carpet and into the wall crevasse.

I will never use this service again, and I will be sure none of my friends and family can be taken advantage of by this horrible company.

I love my team! Santa is amazing and her crew is the absolute best. Not only that but the whole team at The Maid’s has been awesome to work with. I had a huge life changing situation and they sent me a card and a glass heart. 💜 That’s customer service!

The crew who cleaned my home is amazing! I wish I could give them 10 stars. My white oak wood floors look brand new; as do my cabinets, range hood, and stainless appliances. My bathrooms sparkle and years worth of fingerprints have disappeared from every piece of furniture.Thank you very much to Mildred L. and team 601.

The team was great! Quick and communicated well. I had to finish projects ahead of them and they were able to follow up seemlessly. They also did a great job cleaning my grout, they made it look easy!

I just want to say that the communication from this location is fantastic. I got myself mixed up in trying to find an office that served a particular area and bought a gift card from this location by mistake. They were understanding, kind, and prompt in helping me sort it out, even directing me to the right location for my needs.

We have had the Maids clean our house for many years now. They have always been reliable to show up and do a thorough cleaning. Team 603 does an excellent job! The price is reasonable for all the work they do including 3 bathrooms.

Team 603 is THE best! Been their client for 10 years and they are always consistent and thorough! Some services in other companies slack off after a few months, but the Maids have always done an amazing job every time they're here!

Can’t express how wonderful the teams are. They are sweet to our dogs, they get rid of every spec of pet hair which is mega impressive when you have 2 dogs and 3 cats, and whenever you need a change of date or need to request something specific in the service they always do their best to accommodate your needs and gracefully accept feedback if anything is off (which is so rare it’s almost not worth mentioning but accountability is an excellent trait and should be celebrated)
