Great experience - fast service and excellent cleaning.

Made an appointment 2 weeks out. Didn't show up at time we discussed. Gave them an hour grace period before I called. Not sure if owner, but who ever answered told me they called to reschedule, which is not true, no one ever called my phone or left any form of voicemail. I have my call logs to prove that. Told me he had to reschedule because of the rain. It is not raining out. Listen if you have to call and cancel just do it, or if you mismanaged your own schedule, be honest. Don't lie about trying to reach out to me.Wasted my time.

Continues to lie about ever calling me to cancel, never happened. My mailbox is not full and my phone was on me the entire time from 4am when I wake up to well after our appointment was scheduled. I even have a smart watch that vibrates when I get a phone call, so it is basically impossible for me to miss a call when I have that on. When I called after they were late an hour to our 4pm appointment, he told me he had to reschedule because of the rain, not because of a safety issue, but because of tracking mud into my house. When I told him no one ever called me, he said he was sorry about that. To me that means you acknowledged that no one ever called me. After I left the review, I received 3 calls from the owner all within minutes of each other, I mean like one call at 7:37 another at 7:39 and another at 7:40, which I couldn't answer as I was washing dishes at the time and my watch was off, I answered the 4th call at 7:54. When I answer, he immediately tells me they couldn't come because of the safety with the thunder and lighting, to which I told him makes sense and is a legitimate reason. I told him that all I wanted was for him to admit, no one ever attempted to call me to cancel or reschedule and he refused. I asked what number he called from to cancel and he said he doesn't know because it was not him who called to cancel, it was someone else who works their. I told him to figure out who it was and we can settle this whole thing. All I wanted was admittance that they messed up. What he did offer me was 50% off the job instead. If you did call me before my scheduled appointment to cancel and I never answered, why would you be so quick to offer me 50% off the cost of the job? He did not seem to understand that price was not the issue, that lying is the issue. I told him if he can prove that I was actually called and attempted to be notified, that I will gladly take this review down, I would even leave a 5 star review explaining how I am at fault. I am okay with admitting when I am wrong. Or if he calls me to admit no one ever tried to call me I will take the review down as well and we can both walk away like this never happened.

I wish I could leave a review about their quality of work, I am sure they do great work. I just never got to see it unfortunately. All of this is really petty and I do not like it, but it seemed like my time has no value to the owner.

I got my carpet cleaning done with them and they did a wonderful job cleaning. I highly recommend these guys.
