We called the team at Easy Pro in an emergency on Saturday, our puppy had a bad accident and we were having guests the next day. Their team was able to come out later that afternoon and remove the stain from our oriental carpet. Thanks for the quick professional service.

Excellent Service

I called on a Sunday afternoon and they were able to schedule me for next day appt. I stressed the smell of the urine from my cat was making me sick so he made arrangements to clean our rugs the next day. He had great recommendations for taking care of our rugs in the future. What to spray to help prevent the smell from coming back. Also buying a different kind of vacuum because I was using a 15 year old Kirby which was ruining our rug. I would highly recommend this company. Not many companies will answer the phone on a Sunday but they did. If I need rugs cleaned again they will be my first phone call.
