We had Jovel replace a main water shut off valve last week. First of all they did a GREAT job. The new valve is excellent. The 2 gentlemen who showed up were very nice, professional and knowledgable. I would highly recommend Jovel for any plumbing job. They do a lot in Quincy already. Excellent company.

My building called jovel as there was no hot water in my unit. A man by the name of phil showed up in a timely fashion and was extremely professional/courteous. He came in and diagnosed the problem quickly and explained it very clear and concise to my wife and I. The work he completed looked extremely professional and got our hot water back on pronto! I recommend my building management company to continue to use Jovel and I recommend you do the same!

RC Enterprise, Inc. did a double heat pump conversion/install at my house. The four techs (Brian, Chris, Reese, and Zaylen) were all super kind, unbelievably hardworking, and had positive attitudes even after 7-8 hours of hard work. They respected my desire to have them wear shoe covers without any complaint (which I greatly appreciated), and they kept me informed of everything to expect throughout the project, answering all my questions patiently. I recommend them for heat pump installs for sure.

Worst company I ever dealt with. They broke my brand new Maytag dryer. They kept banging it until the drum came lose. Never again.

Professional, clean, courteous and amazingly fast. They came to our rescue when our dryer was probably just about to catch our home on fire. But now with brand new duct work we are safe again. Continental Air was scheduled to clean the air vents in condo units at the Wellington on 4/26 and 4/27. The employees that I met were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The person who worked in my unit (Khat) was just great; he was patient, courteous, and answered all my dumb questions . I have to say that he was an exceptional worker and a number of my neighbors commented on his kindness in dealing with them as well. Please extend our thanks to him and all your employees!
