RUN AWAY. I am beyond shocked at how unprofessional this business is. My 16 year old daughter was driving to school and the man driving this truck terrorized and terrified her. My daughter has a video of him flipping her off while driving this company car. This is your sign to NOT book this company. If this is how they act when they are in private I don’t know how they would act in your homes.

Very bad experience with this company because of their ridiculous deal---- no following service after taking money. In last year around May, I contacted Dan for the intake air fan issue, he sent a technician and took $150 for checking, and told me they would come back to me after estimate ,they did not come back as promised. After a while, under my request, Dan sent another one visit once again and repeatedly promised they would come back and fix the problem. Then, no next ..... till now. Did you always collect money with no following service? Why did you waste me so much time? Why did you promise but did nothing? Hope others should be careful with them. We have been suffered from them too much.

I have had the best experience with CS Ventilation as a new restaurant owner. The owner is extremely personable, helpful and cares about his clients. The staff is so pleasant and always willing to help. They also have a super quick response time.

Great service and competitive bid. Kept appointments with punctuality and professionally. Made me feel they were concerned with my success and not just getting a paying contract. Really went the extra mile.

I was extremely impressed at how responsive Dan and his staff were in terms of setting up my vent fan replacement. My fan is located over the water and required a crane for the workmen. All aspects of the "miracle job" were taken care of flawlessly by CS Vent. John even asked for paint to touch up the freshly exposed spots! Totally professional service from start to finish.

Worked with CS Ventilation on a few Big projects over the last few years. Dan, his guys, and his office staff are right on top of everything right down to the last detail. Made my jobs go very smoothly during a crazy and hectic work schedule. I run a tight schedule on my construction jobs. I have been using CS Ventilation for over eleven years now. I would highly recommend using them. Their office staff are communicative and professional as well as helpful. Outstanding service. As regards the cleaning and installations that I have used them for (on a regular basis) I have never had a job be unsatisfactory.. If there has been any issue they are straight onto a solution and quick to resolve. I highly recommend them.

We recently opened a restaurant , Orchid7Fusion Bar and Grill, in Dedham , MA and Dan has been so awesome not only with the installation of our hood /hvac but he became a trusted advisor. I don’t think I have ever posted a negative review in my life but here goes. Used CS for fire suppression inspection and was informed that upgrades needed to be made to pass inspection. Was told I would receive a quote by email which after one week never came. Called the office 3x the next week and was told that I would be receiving a call back the first 2x and finally on my third attempt spoke to someone who went over the details of the upgrades and was informed he was sending me the quote “right over now”. Quote never came. I informed them this was time sensitive as I needed to apply for a new certificate of inspection 3 weeks prior and they assured me it would be taken care of. I call again 2x last week and get the same run around about how I would be receiving a call back with no calls back. I finally call again today and was told I would receive a call back. I tell the woman I’ve been hearing this for 2 weeks and nobody every calls me back. She followed up with “I wasn’t here last week don’t worry I’m back now I’ll make sure someone calls you.” Crickets. 3 hours later I call again and get the same response I voice my frustrations and she apologizes and promises me a call back. I finally get a call back and the man I spoke to might be the most arrogant person I’ve ever dealt with. He’s the same person who promised me the email a week and a half earlier. Just says “I sent the quote”. I say when can you get here and do it and he replies with next week. I tell him about how we spoke over a week ago about how time sensitive this was and his companies lack of getting back to me being the reason for the delay and he just says next week and is laughing at me on the phone. I don’t know if anyone reads these but if you are considering hire these people for anything please don’t. I have been in the restaurant business for almost 20 years and have never dealt with anyone like this.

We have a full system installed from Daniel company. The guys did a great job! 7 months and everything looks perfect. Daniel is great, he help us a lot with all process, explaining all we need to know. We recommend, very trustworthy and great people.

Look no further than Absolute Precision for service on your oil burner. I’ve used several companies for installation and service and non are better, more knowledgeable or more professional than Absolute. Those who come to your home will be friendly, efficient and care for your home as if their own. The two Brads are a great team representing this company. Today Brad S did another top notch tune up. The fan in our central air conditioner unit was not spinning during this recent heat wave and our house felt like an oven. My wife and I called Absolute Precision Plumbing, Heating & Cooling and Brad S. came out the next day. Brad was amazing. He was very friendly and answered all of our questions. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got the unit up and running again. We also hadn't had our central AC serviced in quite some time and he cleaned it for us.
