I had absolute precision, plumbing and heating out to identify a foul odor in my kitchen area near the sink and dishwasher. Ryan the plumber used a remote pipe camera to see if the dishwasher was leaking and as it turns out it was and has been festering for a while. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable and provided some valuable tips on the proper operation of my disposal & dishwasher to extend the operational life of the Appliances. He also showed me how to purged air out of all the zones for my radiant heating system and notice some other pending issues with my heating system that needed attention. I would highly recommend absolute
precision, plumbing and heating to anybody that wants to resolve problems in their plumbing systems in their home and to provide preventive maintenance tips as well.

I'm selling a home in Medford, MA, and had Absolute Precision do a variety of fixes needed to get the home ready for listing and sale.

The work was done by Bryan, and rarely have I had someone go so above and beyond when performing work in my home. Bryan gave us detailed quotes on all the work we had asked him for, but also did an inspection of the rest of our plumbing systems and found a few other major issues that needed to be fixed ASAP to prevent potential water damage that we didn't know about.

Bryan worked an incredibly long (12hr+) day fixing our leaky heating pipes and unexpectedly replacing our water heater which was about to go. The work itself was done very professionally and looks great, which I expected from my agent's recommendation and the many good reviews of the company.

What goes above and beyond for me was the length of day and effort that Bryan put in to make sure all of the work could be done before our listing photos were taken the next morning. The house had already been deep cleaned, and I was also impressed by the care he put into make sure the entire area was cleaned up before leaving so photos could be taken the next day without needing additional cleaning. Including removing marks from the walls, pipes, debris, the water heater, etc. He also fixed a sink that had overflowed from a dehumidifier and cleaned up the water that had spilled, despite it not being someone we had explicitly asked him to do or even knew had happened.

Bryan also called when finishing the job to see if the garbage cans were ours that needed to be taken inside, and watered the plants since I'm an hour away and no longer live there full time.

Really an amazing job and I would use this company, and ask for Bryan specifically, again in a heartbeat!

I saw referrals for these guys on Facebook and tried them for the first time when my AC went out. Very fast response and Brad was just amazing. Competent ,clean, respectful, and informative. Took care of the problem and went above and beyond. I'll be using them in the future for sure. Highly recommended

We recently had both Bryan and Brad S. take a look at our boiler (for annual maintenance) and a leak in our kitchen sink. They both did a thorough job and took the time to explain any issues and how to address them. Also, they arrived on time, were up front about costs (which were reasonable), and left the work areas clean. It was clear they both had a lot of knowledge about their respective expertise areas. We will definitely be calling Absolute Precision again in the future!

Had a busted water heater, but Absolute Precision made the whole messy experience pretty painless. Ken got back fast with a reasonable quote and the tech, Bryan, showed up within a couple of hours.
