Absolute precision is the best. I have used them many times and they are very responsive and professional. We usually get the same person, Bryan, coming over to do the work and he is about as friendly and professional as you can get. Highly recommended.

Absolute Precision installed a new oil burner and water heater a couple of years ago. We were in a bind because our external water heater burst. They loaned us an electric one until they were able to come back and do the complete oil burner and water heater (on a zone) installation.

Brad cleaned and inspected my gas boiler and replaced my failed expansion tank. Bryan installed a hot water faucet and replaced a leaking sink drain on my basement wash tub. He will also return with two new laundry faucet ball faucets to the washing machine. Both gentlemen were very personable and helpful. They cleaned the area. I am very pleased with the service that both provided. Bryan had a very difficult job with the sink faucet and drain installation but did a great job. I highly recommend the services of Absolute Precision.

my Weil McLean boiler was installed in March 2006. I’ve watched every service man service this thing and clean it. I have never seen anybody take the time and go through the steps that Brad has done. It was excellent. I’m very satisfied. I know having watched what he did that there isn’t anything else you can do to clean or prepare the spoiler to service properly. He even adjusted ductwork that wasn’t right it was excellent highly recommend absolute precision.

Brad was awesome for boiler maintenance! He was professional, friendly, and thorough throughout the service. He took the time to clearly explain what he observed and offered helpful recommendations on how to maximize heating efficiency. He also pointed out a few minor issues to keep an eye on, which I really appreciated. Excellent service! I’d highly recommend him!

Bryan showed up on time, and gave us good advice on returning our faucet and getting a better quality one. Although he was here for many hours, the price was fair. He was friendly, didn’t complain about the close quarters and cleaned up everything when he was finished. I will definitely call again if I need plumbing work.

Bryan from absolute precision did an amazing job. He went out of his way to explain the problem and replaced an extensive amount of copper piping and cleaned up more pipes as well. He was kind funny and courteous. I’d highly recommend him.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough for both plumbing and HVAC needs! We had an issue with an old shower valve and wanted to avoid having to open up the wall to replace it. Ken was able to source the part from across the country and Bryan did an incredible job repairing the valve. He was professional, neat and extremely thorough. We've also had a previous experience with Brad S. on the HVAC side who resolved a tricky damper issue that no one else seemed to be able to fix.

Ken was super responsive when we lost our hot water. Bryan came out to do the work and was very easy to work with. He was knowledgeable and kept us updated through the process. We ultimately needed a new water heater which they were able to accommodate and installed the following day

Brad was professional, friendly, patient & knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue quickly and got our heat working again. He also identified a part that will need replacing and ordered it.
