After just purchasing my home, I was pretty upset to learn/realize it needed a whole new hvac system pretty much immediately. I was quoted by a few other companies and Falite Bros was the most reasonably priced, responsive to my 100s of questions , and attentive. They quickly and efficiently installed my new heat pump system during a pretty bad heat wave (my unit was in an outdoor closet) without any complaint. Frequently checking in with me to make sure I was satisfied with their work during the process.

After installation, dealing with mass save was a whole other issue. Falite Bros kept in contact with me and assisted me throughout that whole ordeal. They ended up fixing mass saves error for me so I could put that headache and frustration finally behind me. Every person I interacted with from John in sales, the technicians, and to Sue in the office went above and beyond. They actually care about us customers and our satisfaction, which you can’t say you see very often anymore.

We had Falite Bros come to fix our boiler when it broke during the coldest weekend of the year. Initially, they were responsive. However, they took two weeks to provide us with a quote, during which time we had no heat in our house. After about 2.5 weeks, they came back and spent several hours working on my boiler, at which point they told us that it was fixed. However, we noticed that our heat was on all the time, and could not control the temperature in our house. We had another company come in to do our safety inspection, at which point they told us that our boiler was overheating and was unsafe. Falite bros had disabled some of the safety controls on the boiler, and the other company was concerned that our house would burn down. The people who came in for the safety inspection turned off our boiler. Since then, Falite bros has been entirely unresponsive. We have attempted calling them many times, but I think that they now recognize my number and refuse to pick up. Additionally, the safety inspection people informed me that Falite bros charged us for a part that they never installed. The service and customer service has been horrendous. I would not recommend their service to anyone else, and am still looking to have them fix what they did to my boiler.

We had excellent service today by a competent and professional employee. He explained what the issues were and stayed with us for two hours to ensure the problem was resolved.
He gave us tips on cleaning our heating/air conditioning unit in clear and understandable language.
All our interactions with this company have always been positive and I would without hesitation recommend them for their products and great service.

AC Replacement/install: Excellent Service! Due to a delay on my end Matt followed up on a regular basis. The crew was EXCEPTIONAL! They cleaned up electrical issues that pre-existed. The system is quiet and the new thermostat is easy to use. I look forward to referring this company to all my friends and family. Thank you Falite Brothers!

From start to finish, Falite established themselves as a highly professional and well run operation. They initially sent an experienced Representative to evaluate the job and provide an estimate. He then came back with an installer to be sure everything was appropriate to proceed. Two installers came to do the work. Both were extremely professional, polite and considerate. When they encountered an unknown "obstacle" they just worked through it. It took a bit longer but there was NO additional charge. While they were doing the install they were visited by their supervisor and the Representative who gave the estimate, to be sure things were proceeding well. After the job was done they cleaned up and moved everything back into place as I requested. Finally, they provided me with the paperwork necessary for me to receive a $2750 rebate, which I did get. Does this sound professional? It certainly was. And the price was on par or less than several others. The one thing I cannot know is whether the unit will perform as expected over the long run, but I have every reason to believe the work they did was top notch.

The crew, Trevor, Brian, Adam and Tyler came to my home and performed a total professional job. Neat, clean, on time and made a boiler heating system look like a piece of art. I’m also in the home remodeling business and these guys where spot on with everything from protecting the floors to keeping me involved in any choice decisions. I highly recommend this company. Great job guys!! Will definitely hold on to your Number.

I have been a long time customer of Falite Bros HVAC contractors . My unit is very old and sits on a roof deck. Recently, the system stopped working during the middle of the winter. The response from the office was great. Within two hours the technician , Jared, arrived and was able to temporally fix the system. He was professional, understood my concerns and provided a temporary resolution for a major problem. The office staff are great (they answer their phone). Very personal service. I would highly recommend Falite Bros.

The service was excellent! Jared was very helpful, friendly and worked through some unforeseen issues quickly and diligently. He took the time to make sure our system was repaired that day and kept us updated throughout the process. Will definitely use Falite Bros., Inc. again.

In November 2024, Falite Brothers in Wakefield installed a new air conditioner unit to replace our 19-year-old one.

We have had Falite service our old a/c for about the past 17 years. We have been happy with their service through the years and when it was time to replace the old unit, we hired Falite.

The whole process went smoothly and the responsiveness of all that were involved was impressive. We first met with the John the Sales Manager who helped in selecting the unit to be installed and promptly provided us with an estimate. Sue from Billing was very helpful in guiding us through the electronic process of accepting the estimate and the process to make deposit payment. Matt the Installation Manager kept in contact with us to plan installation dates. He was always quick to respond to our questions and so very helpful.

On the day of installation, we were very pleased with Jim, Andrew and Armando. We couldn't have asked for a more impressive crew. It was a hard job, carrying the air handler up and into the attic and working in not very comfortable attic conditions, along with the outside work installing the condenser and making sure everything was hooked up and went well. They were diligent and thorough in their work and attentive to our questions during the process. They were truly professional and most pleasant and respectful workers we have met.

We were very pleased with Jim, Andrew and Armando. Falite is very fortunate to have a great crew.

Drivers ignore residential street signs and park in no parking spots. They’ve been photographed doing this daily in the South End in Boston

Installed/replaced new central air conditioning and heating June 26, 2022. In November 2022 I started using the heat. It was very loud and made rubbing sounds. I called Falite to come and check this issue but they informed me that they do not service the equipment and only install. I reminder them that my system was under warranty and they installed the system so they need to made a service call to my home. The technician came, listened and did nothing else . He said all these burners are loud and he left. In March 2023 my home was full of soot. Ceilings, walls, carpets drapes and furniture. I called Falite a number of times and always had to leave a message. No one called me back. So I called my homeowners insurance company who came to my aide and was sympathetic to what happened in my home. I will never recommend Falite Bros., Wakefield.
I hired my oil company to come and see what was wrong with the burner. The technician said by only looking at the system “This is installed incorrectly “. He then spent 3 hours repairing this new burner.
