My issue with Peabody supply is that the return policy is terrible in that it is so limiting. The wrong part was ordered and they would not take it back. My contractor was very surprised in that he has used other plumbing supply companies and not had these issues. The salesperson was kind, but should have known and not ordered the part. I am out the money with no recourse.

Do not shop here. Like the review below, I ordered every item for our total bathroom renovation from this place. Turns out, most orders were never placed, or were placed many weeks after purchase. Communication was nonexistent, one person never answers the phone and the other person in the store refuses to help since I'm not their customer. The worst part was the series of lies I was told when waiting two months for a very small finishing order. I finally went directly to the source, only to find out that the order had never been placed. I won't be coming back.

This place is a hot mess. I was excited to work with The Bath Showcase after having a positive experience with shower fixtures years ago. They have good brands and the ability to build a good quality semi-custom vanity, which was the reason we went there and we do love our vanity. That's where our positive experience stops. We were refinishing 2 bathrooms completely and needed all new fixtures, etc. At the beginning, it all seemed fine but so slow to get any sort of pricing information, etc. We picked out everything for one of the bathrooms and decided to move forward, I had to practically beg them to take my credit card. Nobody would call me back. This should have been a sign. We were ready to move forward with the second bathroom and thought everything was all set, had everything picked out etc. and it turns out they NEVER ORDERED IT. Looking back - they never even sent us a final invoice after we thought it was all set which should have been a red flag. There were many days when I needed a status on our order and I'd call 4-5 times and nobody would call me back. There were a bunch of other things that happened but no need to beat a dead horse. I really wanted to have a good experience but it just wasn't. I will definitely not work with this company again after having such poor customer service. When you're spending this kind of money on fixtures you expect a least a call back after the 3rd call.

What they lacked the knowledge they made up for in politeness, I asked for a 4in hand sink faucet and he came back with an 8in mop sink faucet 😂 Eventually i did get the parts i needed

Even though I got there right before closing they were extremely helpful and didn't rush me.

Incredibly disappointed in what seems like a reputable business. Just went to Republic plumbing supply for the second time in my life. I still didn't look rich enough for anyone to actually help me. Got the runaround and was told there was nothing they offered that I was looking for. I will spend my money somewhere else. I feel bad for them when the economy tanks.

Don’t come here if you’re just an average person looking for a simple plumbing part. They don’t go out of their way to help you unless you’re stepping into a much more lucrative than necessary repair. They try to take advantage of your lack of knowledge and essentially tell you to “Google it”. If you don’t know exactly what you’re looking for and how to ask for it, I’d stick to free online resources rather than wasting your time with this place.

The counter help preferred picking product instead of working the counter I don't have time to wait so I can get back to the job site

Extremely unprofessional experience. There was no greeting, no acknowledgment of the mistake made with the order, and no apology or effort to make things right. Customer service felt dismissive and unhelpful throughout the process.
