Professional and highly skilled plumber! Just had done a second repair job on our gas boiler with pressure increased and water leaking on the floor (replaced expansion tank and a couple of critical valves and system purge). All done same day and reasonably priced given that this was kind of an emergency. And significantly cheaper than other local plumbers in the area. Highly recommended!

Overcharged and my issue came back in a week. Would not accept responsibility and I had to go with another plumber and pay TWICE for a single issue.

Scott is the best! He is highly skilled, trustworthy,, and gets the work done in a timely manner. His personal and professional integrity is commendable. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of this type of service.

I got a recommendation from my neighbor and 3 months back reached out to start discussing service or replacement of a water heater. Sent many photos and discussed the situation. Eventually he came over for an assessment. We spent at least an hour discussing options and made a plan to move forward with replacement. He took notes, was very focused and appeared responsible, and then said he would need a week to put together a quote and a plan.

That was the last I heard from him. I messaged him again about a month and a half after and received dead silence in response. Yesterday, 3 months on I woke up to a broken water heater that flooded the basement, resulting in very significant cost and cleanup. I should have abandoned faith in this guy faster and found someone else to address the situation before it went critical. That's on me, but presenting as a responsible and interested professional and then ghosting like a careless child is on him. The least we can expect from a tradesman is to just communicate if they are not interested or not able to follow through.

This guy is neither professional nor responsible. Hire at own risk.

Had an emergency sewer back up over the long weekend that was very stressful to say the least. We contacted Scott Robillard Plumbing and they came out ASAP. They were extremely professional and great at communication. Exceptional experience! I would highly recommend them.

Scott and his crew were amazing. I called 12/30 and Scott was able to squeeze me in the next day. I had a leak underneath the bathroom sink and he quickly fixed it. I called a couple of places and all went to voicemail and no call backs. I understand it's a busy time of the year and i really wasnt expecting a fast turnaround. He was very professional. We were working on a home renovation project in Somerville and needed a plumber to urgently move our boiler and water heater away from the area of the project. Clark Plumbing was the first plumber to respond during the January deep freeze - we got same day service for our burst pipes at a time when no one else even got back to us until days later. Very thankful! Will definitely turn to them again because of their responsiveness and ability to get the job done.

We are doing a kitchen remodel and needed a plumber to disconnect the stove and sink, Clark Plumbing and Heating came right out on short notice to get us ready for countertops. The guys were extremely professional and courteous, they were very clean and informative in terms of the new appliances we were buying.

After the countertops went in they came right back out to hook up the sink and stove, during a snow storm, so that we could get back to normal

We had a very unusual issue where for months we were getting only cold/lukewarm water coming out of both showers, with random cold/hot water coming out of the rest of the home faucets, despite having a new hot water heater. Clark plumbing was our 3rd plumber to try to figure out the issue...which they absolutely did! Bill was professional and knowledgeable over the phone and sent Scott to help us...through a clever process, he discovered the issue and made the repairs for even less than the other plumbers (who were planning on "fixing" the wrong thing). I will definitely use Clark Plumbing in the future and highly recommend them!

Scott did a great job to replace my bathroom faucet and kitchen faucet two months ago. He also removed the disabled garbage disposal and reconstructed the pipe connection. The work was high quality, prompt, and professionally done. He was wonderful.

Follow up: recently I found my laundry room drainage pipe was leaking and needing replacement. With some delays, the owner responded and arranged the appointment. Scott again did a great job. He reconstructed the drainage pipe in a much better layout. The work was prompt and high quality. I would again give the work a five-star rating and highly recommend the service.
