Bill Clark and Alex are honest and excellent plumbers. They respond quickly and skillfully replaced my dilapidated air-conditioner pump, 2 valves not up to code, and seeping water heater with a new model that I requested. HVAC and new water heater work perfectly, all neat and clean. Basement stayed dry. Best advice, service, and price. Thanks!

Highly recommend Bill Clark of Clark Plumbing/Waltham. Bill is incredibly careful and detail oriented - and with our recent bathroom renovation, he put in the extra time and effort to make sure everything was working well as well as looking good! Definitely will consider for any other work we may need in the future.

Called Clark Plumbing after being disgusted by the prior plumber that we had over to go over some work we needed done and get some estimates. Not only did Bill sound more knowledgeable over the initial call, he also provided a more realistic expectation and estimate over the phone than the other company that sent someone over. Scott came out to perform the actual work. He was great! Not only was he knowledgeable, he was also very courteous. In less than 2 hours, he had my water pressure issue resolved, installed a new faucet and replaced our garbage disposal. Both of these gentlemen were great! Highly recommend Bill and Scott.

Superb. We needed to change our water heater and were recommended to go with Clark Plumbing. Bill Clark and his team gave us a great quote and they came to change the tank within the week. They are good honest people and only charge and replace what needs to be replaced (unlike other plumbers you might find around here). I could tell they are really knowledgeable and passionate about their work by the way they explained the physics and engineering of our system. Great to work with them and highly recommend.

Seems to me like the negative reviews on Google for Clark Plumbing & Heating are either from bots or horrible people who just want to mess with Bill's ratings. Five stars for Bill for a few reasons:

-He answered the phone when I called
-He was honest about what he could and couldn't do
-He came to give a quote and repair a leak a day after I called asking for help
-His pricing is fair and not above market
-He was respectful when he entered our home and even took off his shoes when asked (we take off shoes in our house)
-He was professional and seemed like a genuinely nice person - who doesn't want to work with a nice person?
-The work he performed was top notch - the leak is gone (he repaired someone else's shoddy work in our home)

I called Bill about a leak related to my basement injector pump. I have guests coming to visit before Thanksgiving, so wanted to to fix the issue quickly. Even though Bill was out of the office when I called him, he asked me for a picture of the leak and he walked me through the repair, free of charge. Five stars isn't enough; I highly recommend Clark Plumbing

Replaced our furnace with a nice new one in one day.

After seeing one of their drivers cut 2 cars off on the highway the driver decides to flip everyone off. Not someone I'd want to do bussiness with!!! Stay clear!!

99.3% happy as a customer. Could do without the three and a half hour lectures on politics, history, and the Illuminati... sorry Frank, it was fun, but you could have been in and out in less than half the time and we've all got things to do.

So far so good. Called on a Friday, they returned the call as promised and will be out on Monday! Very nice on the phone and took time to listen. Despite my cell phone cutting out three times they were kind enough to call back.

Recently repaired to A/C units. The team at Taylor and Murphy was awesome.

Worst experience with a company I’ve ever had. Won’t respond to voicemails, and quoted me a price $600 higher than anyone else. It seems like they only care about jobs for big new developments - not homeowners in their own area. Use them at your own risk.

T&M installed a new HVAC system for us and provide an ongoing maintenance service. Always professional and responsive, which isn't easy to find in the contractor business.
