I have used Bon Ton Rug Cleaners for many years. I have dogs who have dirtied the rugs in not so pleasant ways, etc. Bon Ton has always done an amazing job cleaning my rugs! I so appreciate them. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Used them for post-construction cleaning. Cleaning was decent. There were some areas that were not cleaned up to my mark, and the owner sent another cleaning crew the next day free of charge to make that up.
Cleaning crew mistakenly left with my house keys. Owner stopped by later in the evening to return it.

Sometimes it is hard to communicate as cleaners may not understand English, but that can be solved by contacting the team who will translate- everyone is happy!
