Suraceworks has been cleaning my house for 15 years. They are the best. This is based on experiences with their competition before I found them. They are careful, do a great job. Show up when they promise to. Get the job done fast. Accommodate special requests. They also are very nice to my very large dog. I can't recommend them highly enough.

My tenants moved out today 8/31/18. I was in such a bind that I hired Surface Works. A professional team came in and the kitchen and bathroom was sparkling. Woodwork was cleaned and floors shined! I was so happy with the results. I was proud to turn house over to new tenants. Thank you so much Surfaceworks you saved my life today! Definitely would recommend! 😊

We were very happy with our very first experience with Surfaceworks. We accidentally burned plastic in our oven. When I called and spoke with Kristen, she said that while they hadn't had to clean an oven with plastic before, that she would find every trick in the book to help us...and she did! The cleaners that came managed to get the melted plastic out of the oven (with the right products and TONS of elbow grease) and made the entire thing look sparkling clean (and also washed the floor and kitchen windows while they were at it). We are so grateful and look forward to having Surfaceworks clean our home in the future. We are also going to hire them for construction clean up in our new house. Again, the entire team was professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend.

It's been over 2 years since I had my last cleaning, and boy did Surfaceworks deliver. The place is so clean I thought I had the wrong house when I first saw it! If you are looking for someone to clean your house, that is professional and dedicated I would recommend Surfaceworks.

Good afternoon. I am pleased with the people coming from Surfaceworks. They have done a good job every time they’ve been to my apartment. I like the way they straighten up the room take care of any trash and clean other areas however, they should be careful to be locking the door when they leave, I would like to have an oven cleaning thank you

I am a site supervisor in Cambridge and have used Surfaceworks a few times now for post-renovation cleanup. Everyone has always been courteous and professional. The last job was a 1800sq ft condo that was filled with dust from 8 months of construction. They left everything much cleaner than before we started the project . The homeowners are bound to be impressed when they move back in tomorrow.

Surfaceworks is does a consistently good job cleaning my Boston Condominium. They are flexible to work with and the corporate office is organized and user friendly.

We called several local cleaning services. Surface Works was the most responsive, and we are really glad we moved forward with them. Their office liaison, Joe M., was very thoughtful and helped coordinate the deep cleaning of our large and very dirty basement. The cleaners were great—friendly and thorough. The results were perfect. Well worth the very fair price.

Though they are on the more expensive end of housecleaning, I am confident of their work and professionalism, and feel that the cost is generally worth it.

We have used Surfaceworks for over a year now and they've been excellent. They're reliable, flexible, easy to get in touch with and do a great job helping us keep the pottery studio clean.

We have used Surfaceworks for several years through changes in management and cleaners. They are great, will do special requests and we can always tell when they have come even when we forget that they are coming. The place smells and looks clean. They do not rearrange stuff so you can not find it. They are always very respectful when we can in the house. By far they are the best cleaning service I have used.

I've been using Surface Works off and on for several years for a bi-weekly cleaning. In general, they do a terrific job, though it does vary a bit depending on who comes to clean. But, I will say they do the best job out of any cleaners I've worked with in the past. They are very punctual and respectful, especially with responding to working from home and at-home schooling requests. Surface Works is not the cheapest cleaning service, but I continue to work with them because they are the best. It is worth it for me to pay a bit more to ensure reliability. I feel comfortable having them visit my home during Covid-19, and I am glad the cleaners feel comfortable coming into my home as well.

What's not to love? They get the job done and done well. Additionally, I do like them better than having a dedicated single cleaner because they are more consistent with schedule and can offer more services. Did I mention ALSO reasonably priced? Surfaceworks is an A+ business!

They do an excellent job of deep cleaning. What I like is that they show up on schedule and exceed my expectations every time. I have been using them for almost two years, and in that time there has never been a personnel issue. Using a well managed service is so much easier than recruiting my own independent cleaners, and their prices are reasonable.

Surface Works has been my house cleaning service since the early 2000s and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They are exceptionally professional, trustworthy, friendly and efficient. They are sensitive to special requests and will even work around pets. Surface Works always picks up their phone during business hours, answers questions quickly and makes every effort to please. They value their customers AND employees. Surface Works is terrific - hire them.

I've been using Surfaceworks for more than 10 years for both bi-weekly cleaning and monthly cleaning, and I have always been satisfied with their service, there is some variation depending on the cleaners, but most do excellent work. They always respond promptly to emails and phone calls, and quickly address any issues that have arisen from their service quickly and professionally. Their reliability and professionalism makes them easy to use.

In addition to using them for our home, I've used Surfaceworks to do a post-construction cleaning and a clean up after a long-time tenant left a small rental I own.
