This parts warehouse does not stand by their products. We bought a part for a Weil-McLain water heater from these guys, and the part turned out to be defective. We spoke to a sales manager in this store and he was unwilling to replace or refund the defective part. He said to "go deal with it" to Weil-McLain and that this distributor was not going to help us. After compromising our job, I cannot recommend this parts warehouse to anyone who wants professional service.

Our heat inexplicably stopped working one day and I can’t say enough good things about Vinny. He came same day and quickly both identified and corrected incorrect maintenance that has been done on our boiler last month (by a separate company). On top of that he took the time to show me exactly what was wrong and fixed the issue right in front of me. The honesty and professionalism from him were both so refreshing - I’ll be requesting Vinny each and every time we need our system serviced.

Excellent experience. Furnace broke on Tuesday evening. Matt came out Wednesday morning to diagnose the issue, Dereck & Justin came back Friday morning to install a new furnace. Matt, Dereck & Justin were great. Would highly recommend Akian.

Chase and Jaelin came to unclog my toilet & install a new one! They were so polite and so professional! Chase was very knowledgeable and explained my options for a new toilet! He’s so very nice & so is Jaelin! I’m happy with my new toilet! Thank you to Akian for sending them!

Had a great experience with Akian. I had a clogged drain and they quickly helped me to find a specialist and expedite the cleanout. They also did some upgrade work on my main line quickly and professsionally. Highly recommended

Andrew is doing a great job mentoring Malik, to get him up to speed...on his apprenticeship, if you will.

I moved to Waltham and have already tried three other HVAC services. Finally, a service who gets back to you when they say they're going to, shows up timely, and really knows their stuff. Michael was extremely knowledgeable and followed up with everything he said he would. He made suggestions to sustain the long-term life of my system that none of the other three services made.

Andrew and Nathan were phenomenal. Really quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. A wonderful HVAC maintenance service appointment all around!

Our new furnace was installed today and we could not have been happier with the service. We were fortunate to have Greg work on the system. He was very polite, kind, and patient. I would highly recommend.

Carlos was amazing. He called well before he arrived, arrived on time, great communication throughout and was super prompt in getting replacement parts to change things. Entire service was super quick and he actually spent more time checking everything and making sure everything worked

Fantastic job all around. We had a manufacturer's defect in our HVAC and Akian ordered and replaced the unit, and made sure we had well working electric space heaters while the manufacturer shipped the unit. Fantastic staff, super professional, and reliable service. George and Imara got the job done quickly and effectively! We feel incredibly fortunate to have had Akian from the start.

A client of ours asked us to send this review: While pushing her baby to our office, she was forced to walk in the street due to how Akian employees to park. A representative from Akian reached out to us/our client and corrected the issue stating they condone this behavior and have thus corrected the issue.

We had Akian come and replace a vanity as well as our shower fixtures with a new set that we supplied. George A did the initial assessment and subsequently led the work. He did a fantastic job explaining the work they were going to do and worked to schedule it based on my constraints. Not only did George A do a fantastic job he also finished earlier than expected. He cleaned everything up and walked us through the results. We have hired Akian before and will continue to do so and would love if George A came back to do other projects which we have already lined up.

Be careful with the company. I have a 5-year old heat pump system that stopped making heat, and I called Akian based on the positive Google reviews. They are quick and scheduled the visit the same day which is great. However, after charging a $129 dispatch fee, Carlos said the refrigerant leverl is low and I was given an estimate of $1800plus. However the estimate is not for fixing the problem which is the find the leak and recharge the system. It is for diagnosis the system only. I know the service fees are high today but didn't expect this high. I have the same feeling stepping into a Porsche dealership to get my car serviced. I ended up hiring a good HVAC technician fixed the problem at a much lower price. So my advice is if you are loaded and don't care about price, go ahead use them, but for people who are struggling coping with inflation please shop around.

Jackson came in to install our new heat pump, replacing one that we bought from someone else and never quite worked right. TJ came in the next couple of days to assist, and Chris came in on the last day to set up the electrical work and get our thermostats installed. All three gentlemen were great! Jackson in particular kept us apprised of the progress, and Chris made sure we knew what do to with the thermostat system. We are already more happy with this work than the previous one we had. Well done, Akian!
