Above & Beyond recently just installed a new water heater for me. Josh was very quick to give me a call back when I first inquired for a quote. He gave me 3 different options on what would work best and was very responsive to any questions I had. He was able to send 2 guys out a few days later, Mike & Phil were very professional and a pleasure to work with. They wasted no time, were in and out in a few hours and kept me posted throughout the whole process. Any future plumbing needs, we will most definitely be using Above & Beyond again.

I needed my garbage disposal replaced so I gave them a call . They had previously come to do another job in my basement for me and any time they have come they do a fantastic job. Josh is very professional and polite . I couldn’t ask for a better plumber . I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

Josh did a great job, I was desperate to get the water out of my basement, and he did a excellent job with my sump pump setup, bone dry now! Even though he ran into problems out of his control he handle them without issue. Thanks Josh!

Josh was recommended after our plumber of many years had a medical emergency. Called Josh in the morning for a gas boiler not working for multiple days. He came by that evening to assess the situation. Recommendation: clean the heat exchanger and replace the pilot control. He came back the next morning. The new part was defective. The supply house said a replacement wasn’t available until the next day. Instead of waiting, Josh went to two different supply houses and found a replacement. He returned that afternoon to install the control and get the boiler working. He checked in multiple times over the next week to ensure there were no problems.

We were not a regular customer. The temp outside was in the teens. Josh went above and beyond to get the boiler operational all while I watched his phone ring multiple times. I did not find out that his company name was Above and Beyond Plumbing and Heating until I received his invoice. Josh, you are true to your name

Josh & Above * Beyond came to me in the most Amazing way. My Mom passed away & her huge old house was empty . She had a plumber friend of 42 years who took care of her house. The Furnace shut down going into the 24' Deep Freeze. Mom's old friend suffered a Heart Attack on the way there to fix the Furnace !!!!
Josh_Above*Beyond was called upon & was there within the hour at night The call out.was answered with Professionalism, Courtesy & Understanding of urgency.
Each step on the way to fixing the problem Josh explained to me what was going.on & why. Due to conditions fixing one issue revealed another problem. Josh calm & knowledgeable attitude never failed, allowing me to be confident in the process.
I was far from calm.to start.
Once we believed all systems were a go, Josh kept the house & unit on.a check schedule until we were sure everything was safe & running correctly. We could chance the risk of broken pipes.
We are very grateful to Above & Beyond Josh for their service. We would not hesitate to give our highest reference with confidence to this outfit.

Josh and Josh were so accommodating and professional! Our water heater died and I called Josh at 5:30 on a Friday night and he returned my call within 15 minutes! I highly recommend this company if you need any plumbing work done. I had a cast iron pipe in my basement that was corroded and needed to be replaced. After being blown off by another plumbing company, I found Above and Beyond Plumbing. There’s a reason why they have so many 5 star reviews. Josh gave me an upfront estimate of what the repair would cost via email, and we scheduled a date for service. Josh and Marcus are honest, timely, and perform high quality work. They replaced the pipe and installed a new toilet in a little over 3 hours. They also warranty their work. This company is the epitome of great customer service! Thank you Josh and Marcus.

We had a new sub pump installed with a battery back up, Replaced a P-trap and replaced two of our faucets (That’s very much needed a lot of TLC) . Very professional and worked efficiently. Definitely reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Josh has been friendly and easy to work with from shower fixes to bathroom remodels to emergency repairs after we found water in the basement.
