I started my furnace for the first time this season and noticed a "gas" smell. I shut it down and called Dynasty. Billy came by the following day and quickly found the problem, which thankfully was nothing major. Bill and Nick worked for almost 2 hours to fix an A/C problem that Heritage has been "trying" to get working for 11 weeks. Turns out Heritage installers had incorrectly wired the system and said the unit would probably have to be replaced (it was installed 13 months ago).
